Chapter 52

Qua POV
Kierra had turned on sparkle. It was a good movie I promise you it was, I was just damn tired and ended up going to sleep. An hour after the movie was over I felt kierra shaking me.

"Wake up" Kierra said shaking me
"I am up baby, I been up" I said blinking at her
"You wasn't up. your ass was snoring the whole entire time" she said
"I wasn't snoring I was watching sparkle sing" I said
"Okay, since you was so called watching sparkle sing what was the song she sung at the end" She asked me
"I don't know" I said honestly
"Exactly, that shows that you wasn't paying attention " she said
"I'm sorry, we had a busy day. We had to killed two people and everybody was arguing today" I said
"You didn't kill anybody, Kehlani and Trey did all the killing " She said
"I helped" I said
"No, you just  aimed the gun, but didn't shoot" She said getting up to walk into the kitchen to get something to drink
"Where you going? And why you even mad? I just fell asleep " I asked following her
"I'm not mad" She said fixing some soda
"You got to be mad, you just started going in on me for nothing " I said
"Because I wanted to watch a movie  and spend time with you. but you fell asleep " She said
"I'm sorry baby. Im just real tired. We did a lot today" I said coming behind her
"Yeah" She said
"What you want to do? My attention all on you" I said
"Qua it's getting late now, let's just go to bed" She said walking in the living room to get to the bedroom

I followed her into the bedroom where she was sitting on the bed watching tv.

"So you really mad at me" I said
"I'm not mad qua, I just want attention " She said strolling on my phone
"Then come on, you have attention now" I said sitting on the bed beside her
"What is there to do? It's late as hell now" She said
"Well we can cuddle, be up under each other  talk about anything" qua said pulling me close to him
"Okay" She said
"You got a bad ass attitude, it's cute though ma" I said laughing
"I've been like this my whole life. I'm a mean person. I just don't let people treat me anyway or run over me" She said
"Nah it's not just that, it looks deeper than that" I said
"It is" She said
"Then talk to me. We getting to know each right? To start a relationship right?" I said
"Yeah we are " She said
"Then I'm listening" I said
"I have trust issues, I think everybody lying or playing with my feelings. I was in a relationship for 2years and was lead on the whole time by him messing with another female. I don't trust nobody but Kehlani and Jada" She said explaining
"You don't trust me?" I asked
"I do, but then again I don't. I don't know what you doing when we aren't together, it's hard as hell to earn my trust. When you earn my trust it must be a blessing because I don't trust anybody" She said
"Damn well I guess ima have to earn your trust" I said
"Yeah you're, if you want to be together " She said
"Damn, you gone be hard on me?" I asked
"Not trying to, but hey. It is what is" She said
"Damn" I said
"I still love you though " I  said
"Love?" She asked
"Yeah love" I said
"You sure u love me?" She asked
"Yeah I'm sure" I  said
"Yeah, I don't believe that" She said
"Well you should" I said as I leaned in to kiss her lips
"Didn't expect you to kiss me either" She said smiling
"Well I did, and I proved you wrong huh" I  said
"Mmmmh , you still got a while to go" She said
"Well baby I'm willing to take my time and actually get to know you and let you know that you ain't just a fuck. " I said
"Okay" She said laying on his chest
"Somebody getting sleepy" I said
"Yeah..." She said dozing off

After Kierra fell asleep I thought about what she said about what her boyfriend did to her and why she didn't trust people. I had to actually take my time with this girl cause she also been hurt in the pass. It wasn't like I wasn't going to take my time with her, it was that now I had to really take my time. I never knew such a fine girl like kierra another nigga would cheat on her. Like what's wrong with niggas? Trey's momma raised me and she told me to never disrespect a girl or put my hands on them. If I didn't want them anymore or didn't think it was going well anymore, let them know how I'm feeling. I looked at Kierra while she was laying on my chest asleep.

"Ima make it right for you again ma" I said whispering and kissing her forehead

I moved her over to her side of the bed and covered her up with the covers and sat on the side of the bed thinking about how ima earn Kierra's trust. I think Ima put something together. I just don't know what to put together yet.
