Jai's POV:

When the ambulance arrived the medics put Jade on a gurney and loaded her into the ambulance. I ran past the crowd tht had formed and tried to jump into the back with Jade.

"Sorry sir, only family are allowed to ride with the injured," The paramedic told me. I had always hated doctors.

"You don't understand I-"

"Sir I'm sorry, but it's the rules, I can't let you on."

"Ok I understand," I said as k walked away.

I had to try. I ran at the back of the ambulance and tried to jump into the back. Two very large men carried me away.

"Hey, hamds off mate!" I yelled at him.

I ran to my car and followed the ambulance to the hospital. A lady stopped me from going to the back and told me that personal cars cannot go back there. Just my luck.

I circled the car park for 10 minutes before I found a car park as far away from the entrance as was possible. I legged it to the front doors and slammed into them. They were pull.

After struggling with the door I ran to the reception and asked where Jade was. The receptionist informed me that she was in intensive care but I couldn't see her since I wasn't family. Again with the fricken family.

I sat in the waiting room and waited. (Duh)

I decided to text Beau and tell him that I wouldn't be able to make it home tonight. He replied a half an hour later.

Beau: That's fine. We're on our way.

They were foming I just needed to wait until then.

They arrived with flowers balloons and stuffed animals. You would think they were here to see a four year old girl.

I laughed at them as they walked in through the front entrance.

"Come on, let's go see her," Beau said.

"They won't let you unless you're family," I told them.

"Don't worry," he said,"I got this."

He walked over tp the receptionist and started talking to her. Then talking turned into flirting. He had no shame. He walked back over to us with a big smile on his face.

"Score!" He shouted, "I just got us into see Jade and a date with a pretty lady," he said whole pumping his fists in the air.

"Oh god," James sighed.

We walked through the halls and entered Jade's room.

She was lying on the bed asleep with her leg held up by a machine and bruises all over her body.
