I make it to a small village, I see Mitsuri buy some dango. "Kanroji!" I said walking toward her, "Oh hey (Y/N)!" She waved as she ate her dango. "You want some?" She offered, I shook my head in refusal. "Okay then!" She says continuing to eat, then a loud boom could be heard in the distance. Kanroji stuffs the dango in her mouth and throws the plate away. We walk over to the spot, to see a demon eating a house..? "That's weird." Mitsuri says with her stuffed cheeks.
I'm gonna have Kanroji finish this one, I wanna see how she fights. I nudged her arm as she looked over at me, "Try one of them love styles you got, I wanna see you fight." I winked. She brightly smiled and nodded, she walked out from the trees and faced the demon itself.
"Love Breathing, First Form: Love Pangs!"
She extended her sword and unleashed multiple powerful slashes at the demon.
"Done!" She exclaimed, HUH?! THAT QUICK?!
The severed demons head slid to the ground, "Wow, Kanroji, your insane! I love it!!"
-TIME SKIP😀-
When we started to walk back to HQ, I remembered the feeling I got when I saw Kocho and Tomioka together. I gathered up my courage and asked her, "Hey Mitsuri?" I say. "Hm?" She hummed, "What's it mean if you don't want a specific person to be around girls?" I asked. "Oh, it's called love!" She says, "Have you felt it before?" She asks. I take a deep breath, "Yes, I have." I say. She gasps, "With who?!" She asked.
"Nobody!" I said turning away, "Tell me the truth! I won't tell I promise!" she says. I cross my arms, "Fine fine! With, Tomioka!" I say. Her eyes soften, "You like him?" She asks gently. I nod, "But, I feel like he likes Kocho." I say. "How can you be so sure?" She says back, "I saw Tomioka flirting with Kocho, or maybe it's the other way around." I reply.
"Maybe it wasn't flirting." She said, I scoff. "Plus, he wouldn't like me back." I say, "Give it a try." Mitsuri says. "No way." I say looking away. "Well soon you have to confess!" Kanroji exclaimed, but now that I thought more about it, she wasn't wrong..
"Take your time, (Y/N)." Mitsuri says, I look at her. "Don't rush love." She says smiling, I nod and thanked her as we entered HQ, I walk in to see her he pillars doing the usual. "Talking." Then a sight loses my marbles, "Kocho and Tomioka were talking, but this time, he was actually smiling." BUT WHAT MADE IT WORSE WAS THAT A CRAMP HIT MY ABDOMEN..
PERIOD?! ARE YOU JOKING?!
I struggled having to walk but I got ahold of myself, "Hey (Y/N), how was-" I walked right by him. My cramps were the worst, I felt like I was going to die.
-TOMIOKA'S POV-
(Y/N) just walked past me, I turn around to see (Y/N) talking to Kanroji (once again). I tilt my head in confusion, then she proceeds to enter her estate. "Yo, you okay?" Kocho asks me. I snap out of it and respond, "Yeah." I reply. "Hmm, okay. Well I have a mission to complete, good luck!" She waved goodbye. Then started to approach me,
"Do you like (Y/N)?"
He asks me out of the blue, I turn a slight pink. "What makes you think that?" I try to keep cool. "Really? So you don't like her?!" He looked a bit shocked. I looked the other way, avoiding the question.
"Well, then I guess Rengoku can snatch her right up." He says with a cheeky smile. My face reveals a frown, "I like her then." I say giving up. "Ahh~we know now, but why don't you confess?" He says, "She won't like me back, I even forgot her when we spent most of our childhood together." I say looking away. "Well, if you ask me, it doesn't matter, that's the past. Just should just go for it." He says before walking away, I scoff. She'll never like me back..
