Third Person's POV

"Hey, Nagito, did you hear about the severe storm that's happening this weekend?" Hajime asked his taller boyfriend.

In response, Nagito shook his head. Though he didn't show it on the outside, he was deathly afraid of storms.

"Ah, okay. We can find some stuff to do while we wait for it to pass... maybe draw or read or something?" Hajime responded, smiling lightly.

Slowly after that, rain began to heavily pour from the sky, though there was no sign of lightning or thunder just yet.

"...um, H-Hajime, I have a-a confession," Nagito announced, tears beginning to swell in his eyes.

"...hm?" Hajime's smile faded into a more serious expression.

"I-I'm scared of storms."

"Oh-"

At that moment, lightning had struck nearby, thunder had made a loud noise, and the room became dark. Nagito had practically lept into Hajime's arms, shaking heavily and sobbing lightly into his shoulder.

"Aw, my poor baby..." Hajime mumbled, wrapping Nagito's legs around his waist and standing up.

"W-W-Where are we g-going?" Nagito whimpered.

"To our room. I'm gonna stay there with you, okay?" Hajime answered, walking up to their bedroom. Nagito nodded shakily.

Hajime lightly set Nagito onto the bed. More lightning struck and thunder followed, so Nagito lightly pulled Hajime down on the bed beside him, hugging him tightly.

Hajime leaned over to his terrified boyfriend, giving him a kiss on the forehead and on the cheek.

"H-H-How long will the storm l-last?" Nagito asked, smiling lightly at the affection he was receiving.

"Three hours," Hajime replied with a small sigh. The other male nodded in response, cuddling in closer.

About twenty minutes had passed and Hajime felt Nagito go slightly limp. With that, Hajime knew that he had fallen asleep. Soon after, the protag-boy had fallen asleep.
