Evan walked outside and Natalie's parents were picking him up. He steps in the car with Natalie unaware of what happened. "So how was your time at the pool?" Natalie's mum asked. "It was fun" Natalie replied. "I agree," Evan agreed. "What did you guys do?" Natalie's mum continued. "How am I supposed to respond to that." Evan said to himself anxiously. He nervously waited for Natalie to respond. "Oh we did lots of stuff" Natalie said. She looked at Evan on that last word. "Shit what do I say?" Evan thought. "I jumped off the high dive and a lot of people cheered" Evan said. It was the only thing he could remember. "Oh that's nice what did you do Natalie?" Natalie's mum asked. "Oh no what's Natalie going to say?" Evan anxiously thought. "We did a LOT of stuff together" Natalie responded. "Glad you had fun" Natalie's mum said. "Phew that was close" Evan thought " does everyone know what happened? What am I going to do!" Evan got home where he could relax but it turns out Natalie was spending the night. Nooooooo!
