Fearful Night

As the Fabulous Killjoys walked out of the donut shop, heading towards their parked car amidst the desert city, they felt a strange aura. "It feels so, eerie," said Mikey as he shivered in fear. "Don't worry, the people are probably just inside their houses," Gerard said to comfort his younger brother.  As they stepped up to their car, a pale green creature lunged at them from the floorboard. The creature climbed atop Mikey Way's head full of blonde hair. Ray saw a sturdy stick lying near the car and hurriedly picked it up and hit the creature off of Mikey's head. Ray used the stick to push the agile, pale green creature back as they all rushed into their car and sped away. They came in at high velocity to their hideout, slowing down enough to park in front of their base. They stepped out of their car into the brisk, night sky. Walking to the door, tired and wearily, they opened the door, another pale green creature jumping at them, barely missing Frank. Screaming in fear of what may come, they rushed into the base, locking the door. "Gee, what if it breaks the door down?" Frank said, terror-stricken, eyes consumed by fear. Ray heard a deep moaning, staring back, he saw many zombies' eggs laying everywhere, beginning to expose new life into the world. Ray said "Guys, we might want to leave" as he pointed to the eggs hatching. Mikey screamed as he saw his stuffed unicorn stained by slime from the eggs. Gerard, grabbing Frank's hand, rushing him out of the door, ending his grasp, jumping into the driver's seat, glad to notice the creature had disappeared. The others soon followed, the last one being Mikey, still in shock about Sparkles, his one and only stuffed unicorn.
