*Disclaimer* I’m still figuring out how to make what happened to the guys via Penny’s pov but as she wasn’t there when it happened so for now I’m writing as a third person perspective instead of Penny’s. Enjoy!

The girls settled down in their table and introduced themselves while the boys were finishing up. Caspar picked up his schedule for the week and saw under 9am it was shooting lessons. The boys washed their cutleries and plates and made their way to their class. As the boys made their way to the shooting range, they saw Penny hurrying towards Mr Robinson’s office. Wesley called out for her but she did not hear and continued to hurry along.

When the boys reached their class, they were greeted by a tall suave man in his mid-20s.

Quite a hunk to be honest.

“Welcome boys, you must be the 3 new musketeers everyone is talking about” He giggled at his joke then continued when he realised no one was laughing. “I’m Daniel and I’m here to teach you how to use weapons such as firearms and melee.  Today we will just see how well you use a gun. Pick up a handgun from the rack and meet me in the next room.” He continued as he walked into the next room.

“THIS IS SO COOL!” Wesley exclaimed picking up the gun closest to him. They were then briefed by Daniel while the holograms were starting up. “Hi sorry but do you have earplugs because I know this things make a lot of noise.” Wesley said smugly thinking he is smart and Daniel forgotten to pass the earplugs to them.

“Wes you are right, gunshots are loud however, these guns are specially made with a silencer. As most of us know noise attracts the undead and our duties are to keep them off boundary, having to fire a normal gun will attract herds of them. Since the guns are installed with the special silencer, why the use of earplugs?” Daniel replied.

Ouch.

Wesley then tried to walk it off and went to his isle. Everyone stood in their isle ready to aim. The holograms stood still as they fired. Caspar’s first shot was a head shot, Aiden shot the hologram’s thigh while Wesley’s went through no part of it. Caspar and Aiden’s hologram falls to the ground and Caspar’s one fell apart into a million cubes.  Everyone was shocked. Caspar has never been the best first person shooter player.  He tends to be the first to die and cannot seem to aim.

Anyways, about an hour of tests with different handguns, Caspar never missed a single shot, Aiden got misses but under the guidance of Daniel, Aiden got better and achieved a few fatal shots. However, they cannot say the same for Wesley. Even with the help of Daniel the closest shot he got for the hologram was a brush of the bullet on its upper arm.

They were done for that class not long later and lunchtime had already started. They collected their lunch from Wendy whom they chatted with for a while before heading to the construction zone. They assumed finding construction noises would help find where they needed to go, but the entire compound was quiet. After looking for quite some time, they decided to ask a staff. Coincidentally, they bumped into Daniel. He was holding a big mac in his mouth which he quickly hid. That however was too slow for Wesley’s quick eyes. “Oooh I see you snuck out to get your craving fix eh.” Once again Wesley tried to be smart.

“Firstly, it’s not my craving and secondly I was out to collect ingredients used for dinner and Mr Rob wanted to eat macs and told me to buy for myself as well.”

“Damn it” Wesley whispered.

“So sorry Daniel it’s a misunderstanding but we are looking for the construction area… section 36?” Aiden butted in preventing Wesley from thinking of some dim-witted comeback.
