The next day Cookie and Lucious had just left the doctor and they got some pictures of the babies and yes I said BABIES because they are having TWINS!!!! Right now they are headed to Cookie's grandparents house and boy Lucious is nervous
Lucious inner thoughts: you know what maybe I need to stop worrying... maybe I'm just overreacting.... maybe they are just old sweet and loving grandparents..... nah I take that back because every old person ain't sweet and loving.... and that's proof because my grandmother on my daddy's side, may she Rest In Peace because even though she was mean I still love and miss that woman to death and I miss my grandmother on my mom's side too because she was real sweet and chill.
Cookie: I know what your thinking about Lucious Cookie said snapping Lucious out of his thoughts
Lucious: huh?

*one hour later they finally make it at her grandparents house and before we start this scene here is a quick warning.... since her grandparents raised her they see her as their daughter so sometimes they'll call her their daughter and sometimes they'll call her their granddaughter and vice versa*

They both walk in the house

Arthur: listen here Youngblood my granddaughter has been through enough already so if you cheat on her or break her heart that's yo ass you hear me?

*5 minutes later they was eating*

Lucious: like 2 months but that's only because of long distance

Lucious inner thoughts: damn he asking a lot of questions but I get it tho he wants to make sure his granddaughter/ daughter picks the right guy and I would be the same way if I had a daughter
Lucious: cause she wasn't over her ex
Arthur: did you ever cheat on her? Or ever cheated on any other women?

Cookie inner thoughts: lord my grandad is asking all of these damn questions and now Lucious probably feels uncomfortable

Lucious: well I can see us getting married, having our own house and kids and just being a happy family
Arthur: are you saying that just to please me or you really mean that?
Lucious: I mean it sir my father always taught me to take care of my responsibilities
Arthur: well I would like to meet your father and Cookie what's wrong with you? Have he broke your heart already?
Cookie: no father it's nothing like that, but speaking of family I'm um..... I'm...... p-pregnant

Arthur: NO I'M NOT CALMING DOWN! WHAT IF HE LEAVES HER TO TAKE CARE OF THAT BABY BY HERSELF?! THEN WHAT!!!??? AND SECONDLY THE NIGGA DON'T EVEN LOOK HAPPY ABOUT IT!!!!!!
Lucious: I will never let her take care of the baby by herself and I am happy just not surprised because I already knew about it and before we came over here we went to the doctor for the babies
*Bernice eyes got big*
Bernice: babies? You meant baby right?
Cookie: no mom we're having twins
Arthur: ok see that's what makes things worse
Lucious: Mr. Arthur I promise I'm not going to walk out on her or the kids life
Arthur: actions speaks louder than words so I'm not believing it until I see it
