A few weeks later Lucious and Rosa was in court and before we start Rosa last name is Redd and y'all already know what Lucious last name is.
Judge: ok Mrs. Redd so tell me why are you here?
Rosa: I'm here to put my baby daddy on child support because he does absolutely nothing for my son, everything that my son has I brought him that. Even when I was pregnant he was denying my child and we had to get a DNA test just because of him
Lucious: your honor that's a lie I do everything for that little boy and on the DNA thing I wasn't really denying him I just wasn't sure. And she wasn't either, she knew around that time frame she was messing with me and right after that she started
messing with her ex. So she didn't know who the baby daddy was and that's how we ended up getting a DNA test and when the results came back that the child was mine I was there
Rosa: LIAR!
Lucious: and since she says I'm lying your honor I have evidence
Rosa inner thoughts: omg
*Judge sees the evidence*
Judge: so Mrs. Redd this is you texting Mr. Lyon saying "I'm pregnant but I'm not sure who the father is.... the only people I messed with was you and Tim.... so either one of you could be the father" and Mr Lyon you said "ok well let's get a DNA test when the baby gets here" and Mrs Redd you replied with "ok"
Rosa: omg (oh my god) your honor he's lying he knows that those messages are fake!
Judge: it don't look fake to me but moving on um Mr. Lyon were you there when she was pregnant even though you wasn't sure it was yours?
Lucious: I was there your honor but not 100% cause it's like every time I would participate in something I find myself getting excited and I have to remind myself "aye man its a possibility this couldn't be your baby"
Judge: ok and when you say you weren't there 100% what you mean by that?
Lucious: well, when she was pregnant.... I only went to like 3 appointments and I was there for the birth but everything else I wasn't there I mean the gender reveal I didn't go.... I was going to, but I didn't because I know I would be even more excited knowing that it's still a possibility it's not my baby but-
Rosa: YES YOUR HONOR HE DIDN'T BUY MY BABY ANY CLOTHES OR ANYTHING! She says in a bragging and happy way
Lucious inner thoughts: this bitch, lord forgive me I know I said I would never call my baby mother out of her name and I will never allow anybody else to do that but she's acting like a real asshole right now
Lucious: ok and that was because I didn't know if he was mines but like I was saying your honor when I found out he was mines I was there, it wasn't no if's and's and but's about that and she knows that I take care of my child. The only reason she's doing this is because we're not together
Rosa: LIAR! MAN WHY YOU GOTTA LIE!!!!????!??!?!?
Judge: aye Mrs. Redd let him talk, now Mr. Lyon what were you saying?
Lucious: I take care of my child your honor and she's doing this because we're not together
Judge: why would she want to put you on child support just because you guys aren't together? The judge ask confused
Rosa: exactly if you gone lie man make up a good lie not a dumb lie
*Lucious sighs because he is really tired of Rosa*
Lucious: your honor I have proof that she's putting me on child support just because we're not together
Judge: ok then let me see that proof
*Lucious shows the Judge the evidence*
Judge: ok So Mrs. Redd you texted Mr. Lyon saying " since you don't want us to be together I'm putting you on child support, two can play this game" and Mr. Lyon you replied with "Huh?" And Mrs. Redd you said "***** DON'T PLAY DUMB!" And Mr. Lyon said " why you putting me on child support I did nothing to you" and Mrs. Redd you said "yes you did I told you I wanted to be with you and yet you still don't wanna be with me" and Mr. Lyon said " ok and that ain't my fault, not saying I don't forgive you but I'm over you Rosa and you can't make me want you when I don't" and Mrs. Redd replied with " whatever see you in court"
*Rosa sighs*
Rosa: your honor those messages are fake! She says in frustration
Judge: you know what Mrs. Redd your lying, you know the messages are real but your lying because you didn't expect him to have evidence. And I believe you just want to put him on child support just to put him on it..... so Mr. Lyon you take care of your son, right?
Lucious: yes your honor, not only do I take care of my son but I spend time with him too
Judge: ok well do you have any evidence? Because that is what going to determine whether you get put on child support or not
Lucious: yes your honor I have evidence
Judge: let me see it
*the judge sees the evidence and it's pictures of him spending time with his son and receipts of toys, clothes, shoes and etc. That he bought him*
Judge: well by looking at this Evidence it seems that Mr. Lyon is very active in his child's life so with that said he will not be on child support court is adjourned.
Rosa: YOUR HONOR REALLY! HE DOESN'T DO ANYTHING FOR MY SON I'M TELLING YOU THAT EVIDENCE AND MESSAGES ARE FAKE!
*Judge laughs*
Judge: Mrs. Redd you are a mess but do me a favor, please stop trying to put this man on child support just because your in your little feelings.... you left him, if anything he should be in his feelings now go head before I get somebody to take you out of here

Meanwhile Lucious had just got in the car and he seen his brother called him three times so he called him back
Shawn: Hello?
Lucious: aye Shawn you cool?
Shawn: yea I'm cool and why you didn't answer the phone?
Lucious: I was in court
Shawn: oh sorry so what they said?
Lucious: I won the case
Shawn: YEA MAN THAT'S WASSUP! He says excited

Shawn: aye man word around the street is your song that you dropped is blowing up so I went on YouTube and seen it and it got hell of views and likes but I'm tryna figure out why you didn't tell ya big brother that you dropped a song?
Lucious: I don't know man I wasn't even expecting to get that many likes and views and then a lot of people been following me on Instagram so
Shawn: mayne I'm happy for you lil bro just keep making them hits man and sooner or later you'll be rich
