So hi my name is ******* (no need to know) and I'm very fat and very unhappy and depressed with the way I look I am really looking forward to losing weight just because I've been rejected so many times even my "friends" rejected me. I want to make this fun by changing up my diet and work out every 15 days(warning: the diets and the workouts are going to be extreme)so this wouldn't get so boring and frustrating and make me quit. For the record for the past 3 years now I've tried loosing weight but I only gained more because after a few days of dieting I will binge on a lot of carbs and do nothing throughout the day to burn those calories.
I blame my self 100 Percent for who I've become now cause that's the only way I can learn and grow. I'll also reward my self every 15days
with stuff like watching movies all day and stuff like that but I'm never going to give my self a cheat meal never ever.
I am a lazy person kind of so this is going to be really stressful.😭
I'll make sure to occupy my self as much as I can so I wouldn't think about food as much.(🍕🍛🥟🍩🍰🍟🥨🥓🍱🍝🍲🥘🌮🌯🍜🥡🍤🍪🍾🍽️🥪🌭🍔🍖🍗🥩🥞🍳🥚🧀🥓🥜🌶️🍞🥐🥖🍚🍫🍬)
I'm ugly as hell and yes I'm ugly because I'm fat and yes I know when I become slim I will be prettier.there are pretty plus size girls out the but as for me being this way isn't meant for me at all I'm huge and i store fat in my back, face, arms and stomach my upper body basically and it makes me feel manly .
RULES🤸
1.No carbs especially bread it makes you really fat ....I know cause I'm fat😐
2. drink 3 litres of water

4.Get rid of toxic people in my life
5.Work out everyday.
6.Study every day7.be more active
8.wake up early everyday

My goal weight is : 120 pounds
