Chapter 4

Remus

Remus boarded the trains earlier than most of the other students and quickly found a spot to sit. A little while later a red haired girl stopped by the compartment, her hair pulled back in a ponytail at the nape of her neck and her startling green eyes wide. A tall boy stood just behind her, his hair falling in a greasy curtain around his face.

"Hey, would it be alright if we sat with you?" The girl asked. Remus nodded and the girl and boy came in and sat down.

"I'm Lily Evans." She said, holding a hand out to Remus.

"Remus Lupin." Remus answered, shaking Lily's hand.

"Severus Snape." The boy said, offering his hand as well. Remus shook it.

"Pleased to meet you guys."

The compartment fell into an awkward silence.

Then Lily cleared her throat. "So, what house do you want to be in Remus?"

Remus shrugged. "Ravenclaw seems the most like me." He said.

Lily smiled. "So you have a thirst for knowledge like me, huh?" Remus nodded.

"I want to be in Slytherin." Severus said. "My whole family's been and they expect me to be too."

"Oh, Sev you don't have to be just like the rest of your family."

Severus shrugged.

"Does your family have a preference?" Remus inquired, directing the question to Lily.

Before she could answer, however, a large bang sounded from outside the compartment. Al three eleven year olds moved in sync so they could see into the hall.

A pale girl with brown hair streaked with blonde in a braid stood outside. She wore dark green Slytherin robes and was holding a long black wand. She looked to be about fourteen with a manic smile on her face.

"Allegra, give it back!!" Someone yelled.

The girl, Allegra, laughed and opened the book in her hand. It seemed to be some sort of diary.

"Hmm, let's see." Allegra's accent was American. She continued-

"Ooh- This feeling, it's strange. I don't know what it means but he makes me feel butterflies inside my stomach and my heart pumps faster around him. Could this be-love? Could I be in love?!!" Allegra cackled. "Aw, Kaylie's got a crush!!"

The other girl-Kaylie, jumped at Allegra and snatched the book back just as the woman with the trolley came rolling by.

"Oh!" The woman said. "Hunter! Cooper! Already fighting?" Kaylie scowled.

"AJ started it!!" She said. Allegra smirked.

"Cooper, Minerva will want to speak with you." The woman said, speaking directly to Allegra.

She rolled her eyes. "What's new?"

As the chaos subsided the three students inside the compartment looked at each other with wide eyes before bursting out with laughter.

Peter

Peter scrambled to get off the Hogwarts Express when the train stopped moving in front of the school. As soon as he stepped out of the train he stopped moving completely.

The school wasn't a school. It was a castle. A huge castle made of stone with huge towers that reached the clouds. But while Hogwarts was humongous, Peter couldn't help but feel at home here.

Hogwarts is my home. The thought passed through Peter's head quickly and then it was gone, like smoke escaping out of a fireplace. He had no idea how right he was.

And I have continued my super cringed chapter endings. The next chapter should come a lot faster than this one did, sorry to everyone who's been waiting. And I will be sure to get the OC's that we're created in there somewhere, just a warning they probably won't have that big of a part unless they're in the Marauders year.

(Please make some here, you don't have to give a ton of info but you can. The info I do need is their *name, sexuality, and house. Plus a description of you feel up to it. Any more in depth would be great, but is not necessary.)
