it's a sunny sunday morning and it's your moving day. from a newlywed who lived in a small apartment to the little family who are going to stay in countryside, living in small house with a spacious backyard. it's not a moving without reminiscing the old memories seen from the old things you own.

"mom, is it daddy?" your daughter pointed out a photo of a young boy in a dusty photobook.

"uhm... he's my old friend in college, my ex, and your daddy. don't you recognize your own father?" you clacking as you side-eye the man in front of you.

"daddy, is it true???" her eyes widened as she didn't believe what she saw.

"i thought mom told you so, huh?"

"you did not change!" she yelled excitedly, "the smile's already there since the past! the smile of the most patient. is this the reason why you never mad at me?"

you laughed.

even your children realize it. you both realize how lucky you are to have a fulltime blissful man in your life. a man who always leads the family but never dictates his two angels.
