Our Perfect Night

Camila's POV
Cole had been driving for at least an hour or so. I had no idea where he wanted to take me, but I'm pretty sure it would be something that I could never think of. Dating Cole is one of the best things in my life.

I turned on the radio to listen to music. My new favorite song, "OK" by Wallows was on, and since I adore Dylan Minnette, I adore that song too. I started singing the part where Dylan sounds like a small elf, who had breathed helium. Cole was giggling like crazy at my voice.

A couple of minutes later, I turned off the radio after Cole had told me that we arrived to our destination. He also told me to cover my eyes and not peek at all. I was so curious, what are all those orders for?

I felt his hand holding mine, so he could direct me to the place he was taking us. I wasn't walking for a long time, when my boyfriend finally stood behind me, placed his hands on mine and started uncovering my eyes.

This restaurant got me dead by only looking at it!

"Cole, what did you do?" I asked, trying to hold back happy tears. This man is trying so hard to make me feel satisfied and amused, but I bet he doesn't know that waking up next to him and only makes me feel complete. He's seriously born to be the perfect boyfriend.

"Well, I-"

I cut him off by kissing him. I don't want any more words, only actions. Keep that in mind, this night is not over yet...

Cole's POV
Cami and I have been kissing for almost three minutes now. I'll take this as a 'yes, I like it, Cole'. After she pulled away, I showed her our table and started doing all those gentleman things that annoy Cami. I love teasing her.

"Oh, se burlan de ti poco...Eres afortunado yo el amor tú," Cami murmured, but I heard her, even if I didn't understand a word coming out of her mouth. She noticed that and chuckled. I didn't question, though, she probably said something bad about me.

"I said, "Oh, you little tease, you're lucky I love you", Colie. Don't worry," she managed to say between laughs.
I rolled my eyes, but I couldn't say I was actually annoyed or offended. Her laugh is my life.

"So what are we ordering, Cole?"

"I'll order the whole restaurant's menu, what about you, Cami?"

Both Cami and I started laughing. It kinda reminded me of Jughead and Veronica ordering at Pop's.

"I'll order something small. I ate cake before, I'm not so hungry, but food is always welcome here," replied she.

After our orders had arrived to our table, we started eating. One more surprise for this night, she could never think of that, I can bet.

Camila's POV
Cole and I had just finished eating, when all the lights turned off and everything went black. If I was scared? A little bit, yes.

I could make out a small candle coming towards our table. Wait, wait, wait, what the fuck? Is this restaurant haunted? Just kidding.

The small candle was coming closer and closer, but I couldn't see what was under it. This is Cole's plan, I'm so sure!

All of sudden, a blue light turned on behind me and I turned my head around to see what was happening. It was Cole, holding a purple flower.

"Okay, to make this clear, I'm not proposing to you, but I'd like to say some things. When I first met you, and I mean at the NYU, you looked stunning. You caught my attention from the very first second, but God, I was so shy to say something to you, Cam. You were hanging out more with my brother, mostly at parties. I was so into you, but...I was also afraid of scaring you if I asked you out. Several months later, I saw you again at Riverdale's audiotions. For a momemt, I seriously thought we were meant to be together. When I started dating Lili, well yeah, my mind was always on you and only you. I guess Lili had observed that, because we would constantly fight about me being in love with you, and I kept rejecting that, even if deep down inside, my heart was beating faster than usual. Only two people knew how I really felt about you, Cami. Won't you say hi to them?"

I turned my head around again, only to see my favorite couple. Dylan and Barbara, holding a cupcake with purple icing, with a happy birthday written on it.

My eyes were officially red and puffy. I ran up to Cole and hugged him as tight as I could, then did the same to Dylan and Barbara.

"Oh, Cole, I love you too, more than anything in my life, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I've been in love with you since then too, but you already knew that. You know what I have to say?"

"What?"

"You're a big butthead for not talking to me at the NYU!"

Dylan and Barbara laughed. I then chuckled too and Cole gave me a peck.

"Awwww, you guys stawp!" Barbara said, separating us from kissing. Why do people do that so often lately?

I blew the candle off and started eating the red velvet cupcake, which was DELICIOUS!

Dylan, Barbara, Cole and I had been talking for at least three hours. Turned out, Dylan had been in Italy with Barbara for vacation as well, what a great coinsidence!

This was our perfect night!

These were the best birthday ever!

Sorry for the short chapter. So, me and jeronnicaa had the idea to create a groupchat on Snapchat with all the Jeronica fans. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me! I love these girls (and one guy) so much, they're literally like my family!!
