Veronica's World-

"I'm training you to fight of course." I say smiling.

He looks at me dumbfounded, obviously not registering my words yet.

I sigh and look at my watch. It's a white watch with silver looking metal displaying the clock's time.

This watch was a gift. Everytime I look at it I smile thinking of past memories. But looking at the time wiped my smile away. Now we're late.

Shit.

"Take your food and follow me." I tell Tyler in my strict cut-the-crap voice. He quickly picks up his sandwich and Gatorade and walks behind me. I wave a goodbye to my friends and put my phone in my pocket. I walk out of the cafeteria not even bothering to see if Tyler is behind me.

I reach the office and open the door. I don't even walk in, I just kinda lean half of my body in to see Sarah, our receptionist, who is typing away on her computer. What she is typing, I will never know.

She glances up from the computer screen and gives me a questioning look.

"Sarah, keys?"

"Sure thing Ver," and she tosses the keys which I gracefully catch.

"Thanks babe." I say and flash her my winning smile.

"Anytime honey." She says with a wink.

I close the door and walk once more down the hall, heading to the training room. Once we're there I unlock the door and open it for Tyler like the gentlemen that I am.

He walks in hesitantly. Once he's inside I stroll in casually and close the door behind me. The training room resembles that of a martial arts dojo. There are lockers all against the walls. Most of the floor is covered with gray mats. It's pretty spacious, easily able to fit in three hundred people.

I grab some clothes from my locker and throw them at him.

"Quickly change, training starts in two minutes." I say while getting my clothes.

"You want me to change here?" He asks looking a bit surprised.

"Did I stutter? No I didn't. Hurry up and turn around. I need to change too."

He looks at me curiously and I just gesture him to turn around. He listens and I turn and change.

"Ok. You done?" I ask still facing away from him.

"Yeah."

"Alright then. Let's begin."

"Come on! Channel your strength to your arms to get out!" I was currently on the mat with Tyler under me in headlock.

Poor guy. He has a rockin bod but he doesn't even know how to use it. I didn't even break a sweat and he's almost drenched. Only an hour of training too.
