Not much happens in downtown New York. There isn't usually any celebrities visiting the area, mainly because it's not popular like Central Park, and no iconic figures. The most famous famous character who probably visited was the local mayor, and she was shopping for food. However, there are some great night clubs what attract the attention of hundreds of people from the public every weekend. Personally, I love downtown New York; its full of nightlife, the atmosphere is usually electric and many foreigners visit for inspiration, whether if it's for music or novel writing.
"Eve," a voice shouted up from the bottom of the stairs, "are you ready? If you want to get in, we're going to have to go now!"
"Okay, I'm coming," I replied, while adding the finishing touches to my outfit.
Today is Friday. Party night! I ran down the stairs, meeting Emily at the bottom. I've been best friends with her for years and I can trust her with anything. Tonight we are going to a well known club what goes by the name of 'The Galaxy's Edge' and it has some amazing reviews. There's going to be drinking, dancing and lots of music.
"Okay let's go!"
