"Lumine! Don't touch him!" I yell as I run into the person trying to grab him. He quickly turns into a weredog and lunges at me. I fall down, pinned. I couldn't even move. I look around and sigh.
'S-Shit... almost all of t-them are w-weredogs. At this rate, I'm dead. But I have to try...not just for me, but for Lumine too.' I look to see Lumine watching sadly, like he was shocked.
"Oh, what's wron mutt, your not much of a fight eh? The person said, pinning me down. Out of instinct, I bite his leg, which he immediately let go, giving me time to take the stand.
I grab his tail and throw him into the woods. I look over to watch him run further in the woods. I quickly run up to Lumine, who's still in somewhat shock. He grabs me and hugs me. I looked shocked but hugged him back. I smiled until I feel a tug behind me.
"Kody, watch out!" He yells as I turn around. Another weredog bites me. I try to get out. But another one gets on me and pins me down. 'Ahh, I really weigh I could transform properly.'
*Boom.*
I see a small green explosion that launch's the weredogs off of me. I turn to see Lumine; blood starting to come from his mouth.
"Ahh that's the last of you! Now you've done it!" One of them shouted as he ran towards Lumine.
He opens his mouth ready to bite, so I quickly run in front of him, blocking Lumine.
*crunch*
I feel the teeth of the weredog pierce my neck, feeling the blood run out. I immediately collapse. 'I-I can't go on any l-longer. I'm g-gonna die—'
"Kody, you can do it! I believe in you! Don't give up!"

Lumine's P.O.V.
"Kody, Watch out!" I yell as he turns around and gets bitten. I watch as he gets overwhelmed by weredogs. I only had one option. I create a small explosion, just to get the weredogs off of him.
I tried to be as discreet as possible, but one of them noticed, and ran towards me. I immediately put my hands out to try to block him from hitting.
Suddenly, Kody runs up and blocks me, taking a bite to the neck. I watch as he immediately collapses. He tried to sit up but fell back down from the pain.
I watched in sadness as blood poured from his neck. I looked in disbelief at this. I started to cry, not knowing what to do. I just yelled.
"Kody, you can do it! I believe in you! Don't give up!"
