//This isn't Bakusquad more than it is Dadzawa content cause I love him//

- During the training camp, all of the boys decided to watch movies one night, and Uraraka wanted to join them, so she snuck in through the window, into the boy's room. Now, there was a strict, no mingling policy, meaning that girls and boys needed to stay out of each other's rooms. None of the boys cared however and Uraraka stayed there for most of the night. Aizawa came in to check on them at one point, to scold them for staying up late, to which he found them all asleep, with Uraraka tucked between Midoriya and Todoroki. Instead of trying to get her back to the girls room or yelling at all of them for breaking the rules, he draped a blanket over her and her friends and let them sleep before the hellish training the next day.

- Aizawa introduces the "Fine Jar" where you have to put in money every time you say "I'm fine" when you're not. Midoriya owe the most to the fine jar (4,000 yen) closely followed by Bakugou (3,450 yen) then Kaminari (2,150 yen). No one owed nothing to the fine jar. They didn't know what the money ended up being used for, but there was a suspicious amount of everyone's favourite foods in the community fridge that week.

- Aizawa actively tries to not separate the Bakusquad. After the events at Kamino they all became super defensive of Bakugou, they become twitchy if they don't know where he is, they constantly try to keep him in their line of sight. They might not even notice it themselves, but Aizawa does. He puts them in group activities together, ensures that they aren't separated on school trips, informs other teacher's of their attachment to one another.

- He does a similar thing with the Izucrew. He's noticed how their shared trauma has brought them all so close to each other. If he finds them all sleeping on each other in a pile in their dorm rooms, he doesn't mention it, if he notices one of them begin to look glum, he steers the others in their direction etc.

- Blankets and comfort foods become more and more prevalent after the Shie Hissaikai raids. Sometimes people find star projectors in their rooms if they had a tough day during training, someone kept leaving encouraging messages on sticky notes and leaving them outside of dorm rooms, the tea supply seems to have increased since Yaoyorozu announced that it calmed the nerves. No one knows who does these things but the handwriting of the note looks oddly familiar...

- Aizawa sets up a small room, which used to be a old storage cupboard, filled with pillows and blankets and fairy lights. It's called the Sad Time (TM) room, where you can sit if you feel sad, or if you just want time to yourself. There is a strict rule that once you enter, you are not obliged to tell anyone why you went in there, unless you want to.

- Aizawa once heard Todoroki become confused when people started talking about LGBTQA+, saying he had never heard of anything like it, so Shouta actively did a talk on gender and sexuality a couple of days later. (He wouldn't be surprised when Todoroki came out as queer merely a week afterwards)

- When Mineta decided to peep on the girl's changing rooms, he asked to speak to him in his office. The students could hear the yelling from rooms away. Once Mineta returned he seemed visibly haunted and never spoke of what was said in that room. He never did step out of line again, dialling it down to mere jokes here and there. The girls of 1A couldn't have been happier. To this day no one knows what Aizawa said, and no one particularly wants to.

- Shinsou once accidentally called Aizawa "dad"... in front of all of class 1A. Not a week later, Midoriya did the same thing, followed by Uraraka a few days after. Kaminari swears that he once heard Bakugou call him "dad", but no one would believe him. Aizawa did NOT tear up and cry when he found more than 10 father's day cards on his desk. He did no such thing.
