STEVE'S POV

Three days passed and Natasha was still in her same position. I had lost all hope for I could definitely not bring in another woman as my Luna. I had to accept whatever my fate was going to be.

"The council is here already, Alpha". Reid informed me and I nodded before following behind him.

We stepped into the meeting room and took our seats as we greeted the members of the council.

" I see you're not here with your Luna, ". Lucy grinned wickedly as if she going to enjoy whatever was going to be done.

" Exactly, so you may do whatever you have to do". I shrugged in.

" Who is this? How dare she-

"She's the Luna, ". I answered.

"Is this a joke?!".

" I'm afraid it's not". I grinned.

She looked absolutely fine, she was dressed well and she could walk perfectly.
"How dare you come in here and interrupt this important meeting you impostor!". Lucy yelled at Natasha

"I am the Luna, and I suggest you watch your choice of wording to me or the Alpha!". She yelled. How did she even know about me being Alpha?

"Alpha Steve, you lied to us, The so-called Luna looks perfectly fine. This is unacceptable-

" That's enough Lucy". The head of Council Frank snapped at Lucy.

"We are here to see the Luna and here she is, the Coronation shall take place tomorrow evening". He added and with that, they all left the room.

Just as the door was closed, Natasha ran to me and jumped on me.

" You really didn't have to lie to me, i would have never been as frightened as i was when you tortured me. I've realized that i like you. Even with all this torture, i still see a good part of you". She whispered.

"How did you do it?". Was all that was on mind.

" Well..."

We walked out of the room and strolled out of the house.

"I met a lady, she introduced herself as the Moon Goddess- She explained everything to me, she even told me that we were meant to be, and that you loved me dearly and I understand that seeing as you didn't  give up on me". She said smiling

" The Moon Goddess...

"Yup".

"Do you really understand everything?". I ask as we take our seats on the swing.

"Every bit of it".

" Does that mean you accept me?"

"I will decide on that at the Coronation".

" Okay, but I wanna take you somewhere,". I started

"Right now?".

" Yes and don't ask where, it's a surprise. I wanna make it up to you". I smiled warmly and we walked towards my car.

I opened the door for her gesturing her to go in, She smiled as a thank you before getting inside- i closed the door and jogged around the car and got inside.

I knew exactly where to take her, i can't wait to see her reaction.

After a 2 hours drive, we arrived at our destination. It was deep in the woods but i knew the ways around the woods so i led her to the place.

"This is beautiful". She beamed in awe

It was a grassy area with a lake nearby but that wasn't just it, it was airy and it had a hill which you could get a beautiful view of the city. It was special

"I really love it here". She jumped.

I grinned at a thought that just hopped into my mind.

" I wanna go for a swim". Natasha said just before i opened my mouth.

Coincidentally, that was what i was thinking.

"Go ahead,". I smiled.

I turned around politely for her strip out of her clothes and turned back when i heard a water splash.

I just sat and watched her, Reid was right, i didn't have to be so hard on her. Yes, she is difficult but understanding at the same time. I was just being a coward the whole time.

" C'mon, join me". She yelled. I nodded and undressed leaving my shorts on before joining her.

We swam for hours, and i know we took time but it was worth it.

We finally got out of the water and that's when i decided to bring up what i had in mind.

"After getting dressed, meet me at the top of the hill". I told her and ran off.

I reached the top of the hill and quickly shifted into my wolf form and waited for her.

" You are so...beautiful". I heard her say as she approached me.

I growled to frighten her but she only came closer.

"You don't frighten me honey, you attract me. Damn, aren't you one cute wolfie?". She teased.

I growled even louder trying my best to sound firm.

"You are so hot!". She brushed my furry head with her small fingers in awe.

It became chilly in some minutes so i used my body to keep her warm.

" You know, i really prefer you as an animal". Yep, i have a very friendly wolf.

'You have to keep her with us forever'. My wolf said to me.

"Course".
