It's been a week since the thing happened and for the first time in my life i actually felt like everything was back to normal like harry stayed out of my damn business and i'm okay with it i was much more pleased. As ashley and i walked through the hallways as we bumped into Cher ashley's 'friend' A.K.A harry's new flavor of the month wow she looks pretty but word on the streets she's pretty wild no wonder harry likes her i was snapped back to reality as cher asked me "are you guys going to the seniors party tonight it'll be the last before finals starts" ashley looked at me as i nodded "yeah we are actually going this time" ashley answered for me we were just chatting as harry and his gang walked passed us and he saw me talking to cher so he grabbed her by the waist and kissed her it turned into a massive make out session as harry started grabbing her bum.As good people we are me and ashley just walked away pretending it never happened while ashley blurts out "is there something going on between you and harry " she asked squinting her eyes at me.I mumbled a quick "nothing" which caused her to groan "how clueless could you be jones? ..it's pretty obvious how he is making you jealous" she sighed "i know why im so clueless it is because i do NOT care what he wants or thinks or even kiss okay ash! i don't want to like him ever he is the last human being i will ever settle for and no one in this world could change that." i walked away knitting my brows together as i walked home.Ashley tried calling me countless times for the past 3 hours soon she stopped meaning she went to the party alone..it was 12 midnight and i just finished the new book as i place it by the night stand as i hear my phone rang i answered it
"hello?"
"where are you" he slurs softly through the phone
"who is this" i ask confusion clear in my voice
"Babe it's harry" he answers with his thick drunk accent
"what do you want harry?" i snap at him
"oh feisty thats my girl"
"i am NOT your girl i'm not some toy harry" i shouted i was about to end the call as he spoke once more
"i've been trying to forget you for weeks soph but i just can't i tried to make you jealous but it seems like it isn't working i like you a Lot more than i should and as long as i'd like to keep it between myself i just fucking can't the thought of you with someone else makes me want to kill myself for not being good enough for you please say you like me back because right now i'm sober enough to confess these to you please don't make me regret this i want to be somebody for you soph please let me." he finished desperation clear in his voice i was about to answer when he spoke "That old tree by he lake i'll wait for you there if you go it means you'll give me a chance but if not i see where i stand with you.." just like that the ended the call ..i guess this night was different after all the drunk confession type of different...
