"We're leaving today to a few off shore parties" I hear Massimo say when I turned the knob finishing my warm quick shower. I sighed and turned around as I walked towards Massimo who held out a towel for me to dry off my bare body. I was gonna complain on him barging in like that but he's seen my body already but it's annoying if he's gonna keep doing that constantly. I've noticed he had this annoyed look on his face that I knew too well.

"You seem annoyed, let me guess your little Laura didn't want to give into you again" I say in a mocking voice as I lightly dried off my body with the towel, ignoring his gaze looking all over my body without any shame at all.

"Actually we kissed" He said almost making me halt on putting on my silk panties.

"Oh really? You must've been ecstatic about it" I said sarcastically as I changed into the clothes I had set on the bed.

"Yes I was but she was being a fucken tease"He says.

"Well you like little brats, knowing you and that hot mysterious demeanor of yours, she'll definitely be on her knees for you or on all fours" I say as I walked to my vanity, still not facing him. I only heard him mumble something I didn't quite catch. "What was that you said?"

"You've been a brat as well" He said lowly as I sat down in front of my vanity looking at the mirror seeing him behind me.

"Really now? Just because we didn't get to fuck, well that was on Laura for interrupting. Look sorry that I don't have much desire to fuck almost all the time sweet heart, I'm not some toy of yours" I tell him sternly as I notice him clench that sharp jaw of his.

"It's not all about fucking when it comes to you, I just want more attention from you and you're being cold as hell" He says with a sigh as he ran his hand on his face frustratedly. I scoffed at this.

"Huh. Wow. Well sorry I'm a busy woman, a mother and your partner in crime. I choose to have my fun when I want not when others want me too. I'm just not into your childish games as much no more, if you really want me, work for it. If you so desperately want my attention you should say so, playing the guessing game when it comes to you is really confusing. This cat and mouse game that seems to still be going on after many years, it's kind of getting tiring " I said as I laid out the many cosmetic makeup I had laid out.

"You're going to be forever mine soon, this act of yours you will have to put it aside eventually. and-"

"Oi, a mi no me digas eso, I still have respect for you as you do to me, don't say I'm yours, I'm not a property, look I know about this arranged marriage between us, something out fathers wanted..." I said making him look at me, who looked shocked and wanted to speak but I cut him off saying, "Domenico didn't say a word so don't go all on a rampage. I found out by snooping here and there and doing some research"

"Wait, Lucia, I-fuck, look-"

"I know you didn't like me in the beginning when we first met because you knew about it, you were a major dick to me and it was clear as day how you treated me like a disease in the beginning. You slept with countless of women, to still have your fun and ignore that this was bound to happen regardless, you can't escape fate. But our dads, your dad made you hang out with me more and take me wherever you went with my brother too. He wanted us closer and-"

I was cut off by pounding on the door. I looked at Massimo who had a unreadable expression but spoke.

"What is it?"

"Boss you are needed for a call waiting for you from one of our partners" It was one of Massimos men who spoke. I looked down at my manicured nails and bite my lip.

"It's okay, just go"

"...We need to talk about this later, alone , when we get the chance" He says so softly that makes my heart clench.

I stifly nodded as I felt him move closer to me and placed a kiss on top of my head as he then left my room. I let out a breath as I felt like I couldn't breathe, there was so much to talk about between him and I, the many reason, explanations that need to be talked about between him and I. I sighed and continued on to start applying my make up.

Soon later on I bid my byes to my kids giving them plenty of kisses and promise to be back soon again. Massimo hugged my little girl and ruffled my sons hair with a smile as we soon left his home. Laura was forcefully thrown in the car and she was cursing in her mother tongue and squirmed around a lot. It continued even when we arrived at the airport to Massimo's private jet.

"She's got quite a temper" Domenico says as we watch Laura trying to squirm out of one of  Massimos men hold as they drag her into the Jet. The sight of it was pretty amusing.

"You can say that again" I said with a chuckle.

"Well at least I won't get bored" Massimo said making me have the urge to roll my eyes.

"Buena fortuna, Massimo"(Good Luck) Mario said in Italian as he gave a pat to Massimo as we then made our way into the awaiting Jet.

"Are you both comfortable" Massimo says as he sat across from us.

"I'm perfectly fine, but the ones who's tied up may say otherwise" I say not giving a damn as I scrolled around on my phone. Massimo had told me to sit next to a tied up Laura and I dreadfully did as told. Laura started speaking polish, but from the tone of it, she must've said some pretty nasty words.

"English please" Massimo tells her but she didn't say anything after that.

I glanced over to see how he began touching her, the way he pinched her nipple through her white shirt, and how he traveled his hand down her white pants while keeping a dark heavy gaze at me. I just wanted to smack that look in his devious eyes at me. "You have to earn the pleasure"

After that I just stood up walked to the front to sit on the arm rest of the comfy chair where Domenico say as I chatted with the men. It wasn't long till we reached to our destination which was in Rome. I glance back to Massimo's who seemed  be looking at me already. He really is confusing me.
