Her

I just woke up, feeling great. The weather is nice and I'm in a good mood.

I decided to head to the park today with my dog (daebak-E) and might as well grab some coffee on the way.

I grabbed my cap and took Daebak's leash and went head to my car.

The trip to the park was peaceful, the roads were clear. It really must be a good day.

I decided to go to this new café. I heard it just recently opened and it's doing great.

I went in line and I didn't expect to see her here.

"Yong?"

"Yes miss? May I get your order please?"  She said with a straight face not even facing me.

Something has changed, the last time that I saw her she was a ball of sunshine.  I couldn't believe what I was seeing right now. She has this cold, icy demeanor that says get lost as soon as you look at her.

"Iced black coffee please."

"Name?"

"Byulkong" I said to her.

For a second I saw her face soften.

I went to look for a seat outdoor since I came here with my dog.

I was still in shock that I forgot to grab the buzzer.

Minutes later my coffee was served.

"Here's your coffee"

"Thank-" I wasn't able to finish what I was about to say when I saw who it was.

"Let's talk." I said with a cold tone while staring at my coffee.

"I-i can't" she said while playing with her fingers, is she nervous?

I grabbed the table napkin and wrote my number on it and handed it to her.

"Then call me when you're done"

She just stared at me, so I grabbed her hand and took her with me.

Damn it Byul why did you take her with you!

We were running for quite sometime now and were equally panting so hard.

"Byul-ah?"

"Yeah?"

"C-can you let go of my w-wrist for a sec?"

"Oh, sorry about that"

Daebak was leading the way when we were running I don't even know where we are now.

"Why did you bring me here?"

"Can we please talk" I said almost begging.

She stared at me then smiled weakly and whispered "I think we should".
