A shikanaru fanfic(hiatus)

Chapter 1

Naruto Pov- 

I was getting chased by villagers then I ran into a dead end then they found me and started attacking me yelling DEMON, MONSTER, DIE, FINISH WHAT THE 4TH STARTED those kinds of words I didn't know why they were calling me those words then they left me. I was covered in blood in my own then I started to not see then I fell asleep the last words I heard were "How Troublesome" then I drifted off to sleep

Shikamaru Pov-

I was hearing screams like from a kid the same age as me I walk over to my dad

"Hey dad do you hear those screams" I ask my dad

"Ya lets go find where they coming from quickly" He said

I walk over to the door and go looking in the town where the screams came from then I saw something he had blonde hair I run over and he was covered in his own blood 

"How troublesome" I said picking up the kid

I walk by to the house to find my dad waiting for me

"Hey dad do you know who this kid is" I ask

"His name is Naruto Uzumaki" He said and grabbed Naruto out of my arms and walked inside

I followed him to the shower where he cleaned off all the blood on him and got his cuts all wrapped up

"Shikamaru can I get pair clothes from you for him his clothes are torn and cant be worn anymore"He asked I nod and walk to my room and grab a shirt that should fit him and pair of pants that should fit him he looked like he hasn't eaten in days I walk back to the bathroom and hand my dad the clothes and he carefully puts the clothes of Naruto

"Shikamaru he will be sleeping in your room for right now till he wakes up im going to go talk to the Hokage about something ill be back" He says I nod and he walks in my room and sets Naruto down and walks out of the house I see Naruto role in a ball and have a soft snore 

"Im home"mom calls out

"Hey mom, dad went out to talk to the Hokage and I found a kid named Naruto Uzumaki some reason dad knows him he is sleeping in my room right" I say 

"Oh ok I hop he's ok maybe when he wakes up ill get him some food what should I make him" she says

"How about some ramen we don't know what he eats right now and he looks like he hasn't eaten for days food so he will probably eat a lot"I say

"Oh okay ill make a lot of food for all us then hopefully Naruto is ok can I go look at him to see how cute he is"she says

"Ya sure" I say

"Yay" she says and walk to my room and she looks like she is going to die of cuteness 

"Shika he is the cutest thing"she says and walks back to the kitchen and starts grabbing the food she needs

"Mom ill be in my room reading"

Meanwhile at he Hokage office 3rd hokage pov

I heard a knock on my door

"Come in" I say

Shikaku walks in with his always lazy face 

"What can I do for Shikaku"I say

"My son and I heard screams like a hour ago and we went to go search where it was coming from my son found a boy and it appears to be Naruto why is that he is at my house all bandage up from head to toe and now sleeping" he says

"The villagers beat him and ANBU are supposed to stop them but it seems that they didn't so I will talk about that im going to have Naruto live alone with a ANBU to take care of him so please when he wakes up and eats please take him here so I can talk to him about it after you leave I will talk to the ANBU about it" I say

"Alright see you later Hokage" He says and walks out of the door 

Shikamaru pov

I was reading a book about the Nara bloodline then I hear 'im home' from my dad I walk out of my room and see what my parents were doing 

"Hey Shikamaru hows Naruto doing he should be waking up soon"

"hes doing ok im going to stay in my room until hes awake so he doesn't freak out" I say walking back to my room he is starting to move a lot so he will be waking up anytime now I see him open his eyes there bright blue 

"where am I" he says looking around

"Relax you passed out in the area thats doesn't go anywhere so I brought you back to my place and my dad put stuff around your body so you dont see you cuts and we put some of my small clothes on you and put you in my bed" I say

"Your not going not going to hurt me" He asks confused

"Why would I hurt you" I say

"Shika dinner bring Naruto with you" I hear from the kitchen

"Naruto come with me we are having some food you look hungry" I say and he nods and follows me to the kitchen

"Hi Naruto my name is Shikaku Nara over there is my wife Yoshino Nara and right by you is Shikamaru Nara after we eat I have to take you to the Hokage and he will tell you some things" My dad says

"Um thank you helping me Mr. Shikaku" Naruto says

"Its not a problem we are help to help even its troublesome" My dad says

"Come on lets eat so Naruto can go" Mom says

Naruto follows me I point to the seat where he will be sitting right by me and he goes on sits by me and we say thank you for the food and started to eat our food 

Time skip to after dinner

"Naruto we have to go now" my dad says

"Oh ok" Naruto says and walks over to my dad

"Bye Naruto" Mom and I say

"Bye Shikamaru and Mrs. Yoshino" He says while waking and walks away with my dad

Shikaku pov

Me and Naruto are now walking to the Hokage office we are almost there we go inside the building and knock on the door

"Come in" I hear and open the door and walk in with Naruto

"Ah I see your back with Naruto" he says I nod

"You can leave if you want if want to hear what im going to say to Naruto you can stay its you choice" He says
