"Allow me to introduce myself," he said. "My name is Rancor and this is Bane," he said as he presented the wind elementalist.

"I don't care what your names are, release my friends," I shouted back angrily.

"Oh, we can't do that, but maybe if you defeat us then maybe we can?" Bane said as he laugh evily.

"You-" I wasn't able to continue as I immediately casted my spell. A tornado of leaves and a water hurricane went towards them.

They easily dodge my attacks and counter attacked.

"Wind Cyclone," Bane casted.

I tried dodging it but I still took a direct hit, I wasn't fast enough.

"Argh," I whispered in pain.

"You down already? You give up?" Bane said mocking me.

I have to win, but how? This is only Bane attacking, that tall guy called Rancor didn't even made a move.

I used my Shadow Travel skill and sank in my shadows. I equipped my Legendary Weapon which turned into a dual sword, I infused it with Nature and Water Elements and went to his location to attack.

"Where'd he go? What skill is that?" I heard from Bane.

"Be careful and be alert," Rancor said.

"Aqua Leaf Blade," I resurfaced as I attack him. He didn't have the time to react so he took two direct hits from my swords. It took a lot of his hp and so I went back to my shadows to get ready for another attack.

I resurfaced and attacked again, he wasn't able to dodge my attack so he took some damage but he was able to cast a strong Wind spell, strong enough that it made me flew across that I hit the wall.

"I can't go on like this," I thought to myself but I have no other plans and ideas so I'm going to keep doing this.

I was about to go back to the shadows when Rancor casted a spell.

"Holy Light," he casted, the place was now lit and I can't go back to the shadows as the skill eradicates all darkness. There was nothing left to do and so I tried using whatever skill I have.

"Electric Nova," I casted my best lighting spell. The orb like lighting which was as fast as light made its way to them. Bane, the Wind Elementalist was hit but Rancor dodged.

-You've defeated a Player
-You've received 20000 Exp
-You received 20000 Gold
-Big Potion (2) & Spectral Dagger (Epic)

This means I defeated him, but I still have to fight the tall guy. I immediately drank the potion I got from Bane and recovered half of the HPs and MPs I've lost.

"That was impressive, but just so you know. The ones you've defeated by now aren't as strong as me," he said while his head held high.

I know he's not lying, it's impossible that Lyric would be defeated by him if he wasn't that strong.

He's skill is still on play so I can't go in thw shadows. All I can do for now is throw spells at him hoping it'll somehow work. Most of my skills doesn't consume a lot of mana and so I can do this.

I casted spells and he just dodged them all like he knows where all of it will land. I even tried using Electric Nova again as it's a spell which cover a big area but no luck.

"Luster Slash," he casted as he suddenly appeared in front of me and slashed his sword which took out a lot of my HP.

"How?" I asked mystified of how he suddenly appeared.

He kept attacking me with that godly speed. I can't keep up, I don't think I can win.

"Godspeed," he said, "A special skill I can use because of my Animus, Hermes." He added.

An animus? Hermes? So maybe that explains why he can dodge everything. Hermes is a God with extreme speed, agility, and reflexes. How did I not see this? How did I not realize it? I guess this is the end.

"I'm sorry Ailus and Lyric," I thought, I guess this is how far I can go.

My HP was going down so fast as he keeps on attacking me endlessly. I collapsed, too weak to even stand up. I looked up as I see his face looking down at me with disgust.

"What a weakling," he said.

He was about to do his last slash when he suddenly went flying, I tried standing up but I was too weak to do so.

"You'll pay for this," I heard him say angrily, I tried looking at him and he slowly fades, I think he's using a Gemporter, "I will go back and make sure to get you, even by force," his last words echoed as he disappeared.

I tried standing up but still can't do anything, I tried reaching out to my friends, both of them unconscious. I tried reaching out but I was too late, my eyes closed and the world turned dark again.

"Hey, Aisen, wake up," I faint voice said.

I tried opening my eyes and there, sitting beside me are the two people I was so ready to fight for.

"Ailus," I said as I look at him, "Lyric," I added as I look at her too.

"Yo, we'll be fine," he said.

"Yeah, Undine came to help," Lyric said.

"Undine," I said, "the Water Spirit," I added.

"Yes my dear, it is I Undine, the Water Spirit that guards this place who helped you drive away that evil person," she said, her voice was so soothing, it was like listening to a lullaby, it feels like you're floating on top of a calm, cold, and fresh water.

"Thank you," I said, "we owe you big time," I added with a smile.

"I should be the one to thank you. You tried to protect me even though you guys are outnumbered, you didn't even took advantage of me even when I was in my vulnerable state," she said as she thank us.

"I guess we're even then," I said.

"Yes, but thanks isn't enough, I'm going to heal all of you," she said as she started singing.

The whole place was surrounded with healing energy, healing the place and us. I felt my body go light and all the tiredness and pain was swept away by the melodious voice of Undine.

"That was beautiful," Ailus said as both of me and Lyric agreed.

"It is a special ability of a Water Spirit, to heal what is damaged, to restore what is destroyed, and to recover what is lost," she said.

"Thank you," I said my thanks to her.

"There's no need to be thankful my dear, it is my duty as a Water Spirit to help those who need help," she said, "I should return to my place, you're free to meet me there whenever you need something," she said as she disappeared.

"I'm so thankful you guys are fine," Lyric said as she hugged both me and Ailus.

"Me too," Ailus said as he blushes.

"Me three," I said and we all laughed.

We spend a little more time to rest more and after decided to log out as it's probably late in the real world.

We weren't wrong, as soon as we came back the clock says that it's already 1:00AM. That was a pretty long dive.
