Back at his home, Fuyumi greeted you both. "Food is done, have some you must be tired from the training." In the kitchen, Shoto sat beside you looking at his soba for five minutes. "Uh... Shoto are you okay?" He turned to you, staring for a minute. Fuyumi gave him a concerned look, "Shoto?" He turned to her, "Yeah. Just thinking of something."

He continued to eat his cold soba. You stood up, "Thank you Fuyumi for feeding me, the food was good." She smiled taking your dirty dish, "No problem."

In Shoto's room, he sat at his desk continuously going from website to website. You paced around looking at his room. Staring at the same photo you were looking at before, you turned to Shoto. He seemed to already be looking at you, but looked away. "Shoto..." He hummed acknowledging you. "... I am um... curious, who's this?" "What do you-" He stopped and stared at the photo you held.

You placed the photo back because he didn't do anything but stare at the photo. "If it's something too personal, you don't have to tell me. Sorry." Placing the photo back, you heard him sigh. "Sorry (Y/n)." "Huh? For what?" He got up walking over and took the photo off his book shelf. "I'm starting to know a lot about your past and family stuff. Some of it being very personal. And you know nothing much about me."

You gave him a small smile, "I was the one to tell you this stuff. So don't apologize." He shook his head, "I apologize still. This photo is of my siblings. Fuyumi and Natsuo who've you already met. The boy with the red hair... is my oldest brother Toya." Shoto held the photo near you. "What happened to him...?" "He... got into an accident..." Feeling guilty, you hugged Shoto comfortingly.

"I'm sorry for bringing that up." He wrapped his arms around you, "It's alright you were just curious..." Looking up at him you gave him another smile, "If you need anyone to talk to. I'm here. Y-you can trust me!" His lips tugged upwards into a small soft, warm smile, "Thank you (Y/n). If you need anything you can also trust me." You gave him a nod while his heterochromia eyes stared at you. Staring back at him his face started to get closer to yours. Your face started to heat up realizing what was about to happen. Shoto, an inch away you didn't stop closing the space between you. Your lips were about to touch.

"Hey Shoto, what's that website you were looking at?" You pulled away awkwardly shuffling a feet away. He looked at you, his expression quite... hurt. He walked over and sat in the chair, "It's just a website I thought would help. But it didn't give me anything too good." The silence was awkward. "Hey Shoto wanna go for some coffee?" He stood up, avoiding eye contact, "Sure."

At the coffee shop, the smell of caffeine was strong. "Welcome! What would you two like?"

Looking through the menu you didn't know what to get. Everything looked so delicious. "I'll just get a iced coffee. And you Shoto?" He shrugged, "Same thing." She nodded, "That'll be 1100 yen." Pulling out the money you heard her, "Your order will be ready shortly." "Hey Shoto I could've paid for that." "No, that's your money, you should save it."

Shoto and you waited til your coffee was done, when it was you both took it and walked outside. It was nighttime, the moon was out. Both heading back to his house, which was a fifteen minute walk back, you sipped the coffee. Half way back to his house, you threw the coffee away since you were done. Shoto did the same.

"I'm sorry (Y/n)." He rubbed the nape of his neck, side glancing at you. "For..." "Making things awkward. I don't why I did that, it was just-" "It's fine Shoto. I made things awkward heh. I got... um... embarrassed." "Embarrassed? Why?" You covered your face in embarrassment, "I-I have never gotten... that close to a boy. Plus I have never had my first... kiss." He looked at you with a blank face, "Me too." "What? You're lying."

'He has to be lying. He's very attractive so there is no way...' "Nope. I just think that kind of stuff is unimportant to experience." "Then why-" "I don't know... you give me a feeling..." Both of you stopped walking and turned to each other. "A feeling...?" He nodded, "Your aura is so calm and warm... you make me feel relaxed." "Really? I feel like I'm just a weak person. I get embarrassed easily, I'm not very courageous and strong like everyone else at U.A. I'm always needing help, like I can't stick up for myself."

His hands held your face gently, "I don't think you're weak. You're just as strong as me. A villain was in your house and you calmly dealt with him. If it was me I probably would've gotten injured trying to fight him."  Sheepishly smiling you then shrugged, "You're just saying that because you feel bad." "I'm not. I know you are strong." "Stop lyi-"

Interrupted, his lips prevented you from talking. His hands still holding your face, he felt your face heat up. 'This isn't happening.' Slowly you wrapped your arms around Shoto. He then pulled away, "I know you're strong (Y/n). Don't bring yourself down." Nodding at him he leaned back in for another kiss. "At the Sport's Festival you better do your best, because I know you're just as strong as everyone else there." "I-I will."

He brought his hand up to your head and gave you a pat. "Let's head back to the house. Fuyumi is probably worried because it's dark and we aren't home." He started to walk away. Rushing behind him, you grabbed his hand. He glanced down giving you a soft smile.

'I will do my best at the Sports Festival.'

'Believe it.' lmao.
