The following day I woke up. I searched under my pillow and take out my phone, it was around 5 am. I was feeling nauseous, it's one of those days, I dragged my tired body to the bathroom. I took a shower. I felt a little better after bathing at least I can say I have regained my strength a little. After that I went out for marketing, my target is Paledi mall, I don't want to be far from the campus. It was still early around 7 when I reach my destination. I went to print out the CV, I printed enough copies for a couple of shops. I waited for the shops to open while I look for the online posts, there is no luck because all the posts are not from around and they required degree and experience. I exhaled as I see people moving around, now my business for the day just started. I went to Shoprite and I requested to see the manager, they questioned me endlessly as they thought I am here to raise a complaint. The manager told me that they are not hiring. At the end of the day I just managed to submit only two Copies of my CV. My life has aways been good, I depended on my parents in everything. Now I see the reason why they say life is not a walk in a park. They promised me nothing, they just said to me " You will hear from us maybe we will consider you if we happen have a small gap that needs to be filled". I was so exhausted and starving at the same time plus I skipped my breakfast. It was around 5, I signed in defeated as I thought to myself that I didn't achieve a thing, all the confidence and hope is all gone. I went to have my favourite meal at kota king, I always come here to feed my cravings. As soon as I reach to my satisfaction I departed. I heard someone calling my name. The voice was so familiar. These voice used to be my favorite but I froze as I thought to myself what is he doing here? I turned around, I saw him approaching me. He has changed. He was a little bit untidy but still attractive, I was staring at his movement, As soon as he reached to me I searched through his eyes, Every time I do this I always find flames of love but today it was so different. I thought to my self in how much I love this guy, I always thought life it's about us, is me and him against the world. I thought my love for him would turn into hate but it never happens, in fact, I was happy to see him, I forgot about those tossing and turning and the hurt he caused for me. Love I fail to understand you sometimes. He gave me a faint smile.
Brandon: Hey sweetheart, How are you, How is he, umh are you good?
Monica:( I just stare at him, I had no words to answer his questions)
Brandon: Monica I have been searching for you, I was running around the whole turf without your trace
Monica: Ooh Why would you do that, I mean like since I am mean less to you?
Brandon: You are not mean less, I want to take you home
Monica: I have no home, when you say home you refer to which home?
Brandon: My home Monica, my home is your home ever since you are my responsibility
Monica: Ha ha ha, that's really funny( he frowned)
Brandon: I am serious
Monica: When you call me your responsibility what are you going to feed me, do you have a job?
Brandon: A friend offered me a piece job, I will be trying in other places in the meantime, please come along with me I beg
Monica: You sound like your life depends on your request
Brandon: You know I love you, I want you right next to me, you are carrying my junior, I couldn't sleep at night not knowing where you are, I mean like where have you been I have been waiting for you so long but you didn't show up until I decide to search for you please come home with me baby...
Monica:( For a moment he uttered junior I found my self being happy, happy that he accepted that he impregnated me, that he accepted us. I found my self tearing as I embrace him) Thank you, Thank you for accepting us, Thank you for accepting this pregnancy. I have been longing to hear those words, Thank you so much
Brandon: You are not alone in this, you are not pregnant, we are pregnant, You are not going to parent this child alone, I am here for you and I will be with you throughout the way, just come home with me sweetheart
Monica: I will come home but not with you
Brandon: Why not with me?
Monica: I have to collect my staff first
Brandon: I came with a friend, we can go and collect them
Monica: No Brandon, go home I will be there first thing in the morning
Brandon: Where are you staying ever since residence is being closed?
Monica: A friend insisted to accommodate me
Brandon: You mean you going...
Monica: Stop asking endless questions, I will come home tomorrow morning
Brandon: Okay, I will collect you give me the address
Monica: Worry less I got this okay?
Brandon: You promise?
Monica: I promise
Brandon: Okay fine see you tomorrow then
(He kissed me on the cheek, just as he was about to vacate I called him ) Brandon!!
Brandon: Huh?
Monica: Thanks for coming and search for me
Brandon: You are my family, I will do anything to protect you
I smiled at his words, I am happy that my man came back to his senses. I was truly stressed about him.

I called John and take him through my situation, he told me he will ask Michael to borrow us his car and he will be able to help me with the search for her, I was so happy to have his support even though I didn't know where I was going to start with the searching. He also told me that I shouldn't worry because they have an offer for me. They haven't told me what type of job they have for me. We went to the campus and they didn't allow us in ever since it's a recess so we told them that we want to go to the residence and they told us that all students havee vacated. I found myself stressed to think that I don't know where to find her. We went around turf asking people if they knew her and if they have seen her but it was with no luck until we decide to go to Paledi mall. He packed the car, just as we were about to hop I saw her, she have gained a lot, that made it really hard for me to recognize her from a distance. I started calling her as I hopped out the car, she was a little bit distanced so calling for her invited attention from people on my surroundings. I was so glad when she notes me even though she was so surprised to see me. The reaction she gave me was a hard for me to engage with her. I felt dump before her. We talked at least we agreed on the same thing. Now my problem is slowly resolving.
John: You will do anything to protect your family huh?
Brandon: Are we leaving or you want to grab something?
John: let's just get out of here it's been hours roaming around and I will be good with home made meal
Brandon: Then let's leave ( We got inside the car as we leave)
John: So what are your intentions with the girl?
Brandon: It seems like I am locked in love
John: Michael is not happy about what you did to Clara
Brandon: I am still surprised that he offered to help me
John: You going to pay a huge price to return the favor
Brandon: I will do anything as long as it keeps me surviving
John: I hope your words are meant cause you don't know what awaits you
Brandon: You sound too serious you even scares me off
John: Don't worry you will survive. So I heard about the saga that you caused yesterday
Brandon: He is a bustard, he needed that to stay away from my girl
John: Was it really necessary?
Brandon: I can't let him screw up what's mine
John: It's either you are not normal or you are confused, you just claimed to protect your family and now you own Clara?
Brandon: My thing with her is complicated, but she knows she is mine
John: What you are doing with Clara you are just calling up for trouble bruh, I know you have been threatened to death but know that messing up with Clara will send you to your grave without threat, be warned
Brandon: Is there anything that I should know?
John: Just take my words boy
That was our journey to home.
Clara
I thought I have seen it all until Brandon attacks Thabang for being with me. That bustard claims to own me. He said "You are mine", just think of it. I went to meet up with Thabang, it was a friendly meeting as my intention was to get into Brandon's nerves but things didn't go in how I planned. Thabang is a hunk, he attractive so I just fallen for him in a single glance, the way he talks, his big eyes and the whole of him made me fall for him. He also finds me attractive as he told me that he wants us to start a thing. I accepted him with no hesitation so as soon as we finished adding up our things Brandon pitched up. He was so pissed so he threw couple of punches to Thabang and tell him that he should stay away from me. That called up for attention to the neighborhood because before I knew it everybody was there taking videos. It was a turning off situation and the sad part of it is that Thabang didn't fight back he just let him throw those countless fists without a defend, I believe he felt defeated. So since yesterday we didn't talk, I left him countless messages but he didn't reply any of them. I wonder if the incidence changed his mind about us, I just pray that he doesn't leave me because of that bustard. I called him. The phone rings without answering until it leads me to voicemail " Thabang can we talk please, I am sorry about yesterday please take my calls I want to explain myself and I love you". I really love him and I am hoping to start a thing with him. I am ready to let go but the problem is Brandon is the kind of ex who can't let go. I know I needed him to chase after me but what he did yesterday was unnecessary. I wouldn't blame Thabang if he decided to quit on us because Brandon did numbers on him. I exhaled as I hear my phone beeping. I saw a video. Damn we are trending the video is now trending" Ooh No!!!".
