Shamoy's Pov

The day has finally come. I worked up the courage to ask Melanie to marry me. I've wanted to ask her for a while now. I'm just nervous about her reaction. We've doing really good. I mean we argue every now and then. As to be expected from a couple. I haven't cheated on Mel and I intend to keep it that way. Watching Mel give me my daughter made me love her that much more. I put her through a lot these last few years. Any girl would have just left me. She never gave up on me and that's why I love her. But let me stop daydreaming. I have a lot of shit to do today. I want this night to be perfect. After everything she's been through she deserves to be happy.

I have the whole day planned out. She's been away for the last two days. Mel has been giving speeches to schools left and right. I'm proud of her for turning her life around.

When she gets home later on today I'm sending her on a spa. After the spa I will have someone take her to a nice hotel. I some of my model friends and makeup people from previous photoshoots to do her hair, makeup, clothing. She don't gotta worry about nothing. One that's complete I'll take her out to eat and ask the big question. I hope everything goes well. Wish me luck y'all. Ya boy is nervous ass hell. 😭

"Daddy." Said Julissa

"Yes baby?"

"Me and Dylan hungry." Says Julissa

"Where is Dylan?"

"In his room watching tv." Says Julissa

"What do you want to eat?"

"We want pancakes!" Says Julissa

"Then pancakes it is. Come on let's go get your brother."

"Okay daddy." Says Julissa

I kick the sheets off of me and get out of bed.

I take Julisaa's hand and lead her unit Dylan's room.

"Morning daddy." Says Dylan

"Good morning lil man."

I reach down and kiss the top of his head.

"You ready to eat?"

"Yes. You got food?" Asks Dylan raising an eyebrow.

"I'm going to make breakfast now."

"Oh good." Says Dylan

"Let's go downstairs."

"Okay daddy." Says Dylan

He gets up from the floor and takes Julissa's hand.

I walk out of the room. They both follow after me.

"Alright y'all dig in."

"Yay." Says Julissa clapping her hands.

They both stuff there face with blueberry pancakes. Syrup runs down Dylan's face.

I grab a napkin and wipe his face for him.

"Thanks daddy." Says Dylan smiling

"You're welcome lil man."

"When mommy coming home?" Asks Julissa shoving a piece of bacon into her mouth.

"She'll be home this afternoon."

"I miss her so much." Says Julissa

"Me too." Chimes in Dylan
