PROMISE (JAE DAY6)

CHAPTER II

Jae's POV

"Are you okay?" I asked as she looked up and look around, I chuckled a little so that no one could hear me, she looked back at me, and in shock, because she's so familiar, but I can tell she is her, y/n, the one I promised to marry when we were kids

Flashback

I and Y/n are best friends from Argentina, we grew up together in my hometown until my father said we will move to Korea

"Jae! Promise me to marry me!!" She said while sobbing, "What? Y/n only adults marry each other" I said while wiping her tears

"Well then-" she pauses to hold back her tears "Promise me to marry me when we're older!!" She said "Promise?!" She asked, "Ok ok fine, just stop crying y/n I'll come back to marry you." I sighed while patting her.

"Jaehyung-ah please do remember me every day!" she said, "Of course I will! Now stop crying y/n you'll make me cry too!" I pouted "Ah!! I'm sorry Jaehyung-ah, I- uh what do you want I'll give you! Just don't cry Jaehyung-ah!!" she said while panicking "Oh no thank you!! Just don't cry okay? You're my weakness so please don't cry!!" I chuckled

"Now I will go now y/n take care!!" I said, "Mmh take care too Jaehyung-ah!!" As I started to walk away from her I felt liquid running down my cheeks

"I love you y/n, mianhe." I quietly cried as soon as we got on the plane

End of flashback

"Yeah, I'm okay." She said while getting up "Um are you okay? You seemed surprised." She asked

"Yeah, I'm perfectly fine," I said

"Y/n let's go!" Her friend shouted, she seemed familiar. Oh! Park Jimin! My classmate when I was in Sixth grade

Before she left, I quickly grabbed her hand and whispered "Chat me." while handling the paper in my hand

"What was that Jae?" Sungjin asked "Oh someone I know" I replied "Who? How? where? and when?" my 4 bandmates asked in unison

I facepalmed myself mentally before answering their question "Y/n, neighborhood, at my hometown, when I was 5."

"Oh.." Wonpil gasped and we managed to perform again after the incident

Your POV

As I opened my eyes, the sun was hitting my face. I looked at the time...

"OH SHOOT I'M FREAKING LATE!!!" I screamed

As I finished getting ready I bid goodbye to my mother

"Bye, mom!" I said "Bye sweetie! Have fun in school!" She replied as I nod and closed the door

"Oh, y/n I was just about to think what that handsome guy from last night said to you." Jamie sighed "Oh shut up Jamie." she chuckled as we dashed to our school before we're late. It was not that far actually so we can walk for a bit.

As soon as we came, the bell rang "Just on time" me and Jamie said in unison.
