(Philippines POV)
"Did you tell him yet?" I asked, placing another french fry in my mouth.
"No... not yet..." America replied looked down at the floor. "I'm just... so scared for what he'll say, or what he'll do..."
I let out a long sigh, "America, we've had this talk already... you have to tell him, I've already told my boyfriend and he was fine with it. If you tell Russia now he might react the same way. You know the longer you wait the harder it will be to tell him." Ame looked at me, uncertainty clouded his eyes.
"I... I don't know..." He said, still looking down. "It's getting late, Russia will be worried if I don't go home soon..." America got up and waved goodbye as he reached for the handle of the restaurant door.
"Alright... thanks for the food Ame!" I called after him. He nodded slightly then left. Russia looked intimidating that was for sure, but he's gentle at heart. He would never hurt America or be too angry at him.
(America's POV)
I returned home at around six and I had told Russia I'd be home around seven so I was an hour early so he wouldn't be too suspicious. When I walked through the door I could hear arguing from upstairs. I could here Russia's voice, Ukraine's and Belarus's too, the three of them sounded furious at each other. I crept up the stairs, trying to hear what they were saying.
"HE ISN'T LIKE THAT I'M TELLING YOU!" Russia shouted.
"THEN WHERE DO YOU THINK HE'S GOING, HUH?! HE CAN'T SUDDENLY BE VISITING HIS SIBLINGS EVERY SINGLE DAY! SOMETHING IS UP! WHY CAN'T YOU SEE THAT!?" Ukraine's voice boomed over Russia's as the argument grew even more heated.
"HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY BELIEVE EVERYTHING HE SAYS!?" It was Belarus who was yelling now... she never rose her voice like that. She must be really serious about this...
"Just... get out of my room!" Russia snapped. Ukraine and Belarus left Russia's room and headed towards their own rooms. I nearly fell down the stairs trying to get out of their view so they wouldn't know I was ease dropping on their conversation. They both slammed their doors shut and I waited a while before going back up the stairs.
"Hey Rus, I'm back..." I said, trying to sound as if I didn't hear the argument. Russia's eyes lit up when he saw me enter and wrapped his arms around me. "Woah, what happened?"
"I'm just... glad you're back..." He muttered. I could feel my heart crack. 'I'm breaking his heart without him knowing it...' I realized. 'I'll tell him tomorrow after talking to Philip about the whole situation.'
(Time skip Ukraine's POV)
"I'm going!" America called as he closed the front door behind him. I knew America was going somewhere without Russia, and I just had to figure out where... Me and Belarus made a plan where we would follow him and see where he was really going. About a minute or two we left the house as well, going in the direction America had gone when he had left. It didn't take long for us to spot him on his way down the sidewalk, he stayed back so we could be where he was going but he wouldn't see us. After a while we realized where he was going, the Olive Garden.
"They Olive Garden?" Belarus whispered "Why would he be going there?" I simply as we continued following. As he reach the restaurant someone else came for the opposite direction of him. It was a girl... someone that I had personally never seen before.
"хто це?" (Who is that?) I asked, turning to my sister.
"That's Philippines, I think." She replied, "What is Ame doing with her?" The two of them hugged before going inside.
"Come on." I said as we moved towards a tree that was right across from the window where the two of them sat. "Did you bring your phone?" I asked Belarus. She nodded and pulled out her phone, beginning to take pictures of America and Philippines.
"Are you sure we're doing the right thing?" Bel asked looking up at me. I gave her a strange look, "Russia loves America a lot... if we show him this he'll be heart broken..."
"Russia had to know Bel." I told her "If he doesn't, he'll just be getting lied to. Now let's go before they see us."
"But at least he's happy... when we show him he'll feel horrible."
"He'll feel horrible if he finds out America was lying to him anyway. Now let's go." I said, grabbing Belarus's arm and going back home.
(Time skip)
When me and Belarus arrived home we went up to Russia's room right away.
"Rus, we want to talk to you..." I said knocking on the door.
"Well, I don't wanna talk to you," He snarled from inside.
"We have proof of America, please just let us show you..." Bel said, keeping her tone sweet. Russia came to the door and opened it,
"Давайте просто покончим с этим..." (Let's just get this over with...)He sighed allowing us in. He didn't even bother to sit down, he wanted us out of there as soon as possible. I nudged Belarus gently with my elbow and she pulled out her phone and showed the pictures of America and Philippines to Russia. His faces went from slightly annoyed to something that I believed was anger... but I wasn't quite sure. Russia covered his mouth with his hand and took a few steps back, shaking his head slightly. "H-He... W-Why did he... How... I-I don't understand..." Our brothers voice was shaking and full of sorrow. "I... I thought... I thought he loved me..." As the final words got out, tears began to fall from Russia's eyes.
"We're sorry Rus..." I said putting my hand on his shoulder. "But you needed to know the truth about America, and every breath he breathes is a lie." My brother didn't even seem to hear me.
"Why... Why would he do this?" He muttered, then he exploded, "HE SAID HE WOULDN'T LIE TO ME ANYMORE! I GAVE HIM MORE THAN ONE CHANCE! IS HE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY KINDNESS!? JUST WHEN I THINK I CAN FULLY TRUST HIM HE LIES TO ME AGAIN!" Russia slammed his fist against the wall and it seemed as if the whole room shook.
"Rus please calm down, we-" Belarus was cut off mid-sentence.
"Get. Out." Russia's voice was cold and stern.
"Rus, please, we want to help..."
"I SAID GET OUT!" Russia snapped giving us a threatening glare. Me and Bel looked back at him one last time before leaving his room. I looked over and saw Kazakhstan approaching us.
"Is everything alright? I heard a loud bang and Russia yelling." He asked tilting his head slightly.
"I'll... explain it to you later but for now we should just give him some space..." I said turning away and going into my own room.
