A New Chapter [K.L]

We made a promise

When we arrived back to the house, I slowly got out of the car. "Lex just go in there and let him say sorry, and then forgive him. He is crazy in love with you, but you just don't notice" Connor said as he nudged me so I would walk faster.

I groaned and opened the front door, to reveal just Ricky sitting on the couch watching tv. I walked over and plopped down next to him, and saw Connor just shaking his head because I wouldn't go to Kian.

" I heard what happened" Ricky finally said when the commercials came on. I just stayed silent and watched the tv. "Lex, Kian is overprotective, and he gets easily jelous. He is like this with you because he wasn't that protecitve of Andrea, because he thought he could trust her, but she ended cheating on him. So he is trying to learn from his mistakes last time, and be extra careful with you because he doesn't want to loose you." Ricky says, but I keep my eyes glued to the screen

"Lexi I haven't seen Kian this happy in years, not even with Andrea, he was always somehow sad. But when you came along, his whole personality changed. He is a better person because of you. And right now, him knowing that you hate him for something he thought would help, is ruining him. Literlly for the past three hours he has been making up scenrio's of why you would break up with him once you got home. Lexi you are what determines his happiness and his saddness. So please make sure he is always happy." Ricky finishes his speech, and sits back, still staring at me.

"I'll go upstairs and talk to him" I mumble, and get up from the leather couch. Ricky gives me a smile, and I weakly return a smile back. Can't we just act like this day never happened  I thought to myself.

I walked up the stairs, and reached our room, but when I was about to open it, I heard talking from inside, so I pressed my ear against the door.  "Jc she hates me, I overreacted. Why did I act like that, I know she would never kiss Trevor, he's like 12!" Kian says, yelling a bit at the end. 

I quickly remove my ear from the door, realizing that I was listening to a conversation that I am not meant to hear. I heard a few more mumbles, then the door knob turned, so I quickly walked into the bathroom so they didn't know I was listening. 

After a few minutes, I walked into Kian and I's room to see him on his laptop scrolling through Twiiter. "Even is the worst situations you manage to find a reason to get on Twitter" I say giggling. Kian looked up at quickly rushed over to me, almost knocking his laptop over. 

He attacked me with a hug, and I hugged him back. Kian started going on and on about how he was sorry, and that he overreacted, and how he thought I would break up with him because of how protective he is.

When he finished I looked Kian in the eye, and took a mental picture of how it looked. His eyes looked worn out, and tired. His eyes looked nothing like they normally do, they looked lifeless and dull.

" Kian, please don't ever thnk i'm leaving you because a while ago I believe I made a promise to you that no matter what we would stick together" I said as I played with the promise ring on Kian's finger. Kian looked down and smiled. 

"Yeah... We did make that promise didn't we" he responded, still looking at the ground smiling. "We did, and I will never break that promie Kiki, we will be together for as long as I can breathe" I said smilng. 

Kian looked up and I kissed him, he wrapped his arms around my waist, and I did the same around his neck. He pulled away from the kiss, but kept his arms locked around me. "Kian you need to trust me ok? No more thinking of the worst possible situation." I said, he nodded in agreement.

"It's late, lets go to bed" I said as I tried to squirm out of Kian's grasp. "Ok" He replied, and picked me up and threw me on to the bed. "Kian!" I whined as I tried to hold in laughter. "What? You said you wanted to go to bed" He replied with a goofy smile plastered onto his face.

" I have to wash my face and change dumdum" I replied, and walked into the bathroom.

I changed out of my clothes, and changed into pj's. Then  washed my face really quickly, and walked back into the bedroom to see Kian in bed on his phone. I grabbed my phone and went to my side of the bed. "I'm going to sleep like right now" I said as I yawned, and turned off the light, so only Kian's lamp was on. 

I got into bed and laid down facing Kian. I closed my eyes for a bit, and when I opened them Kian was laying down and looking at me. I looked at his eyes again, and took another mental note on how it looked. His eyes were sparkling, and full of color, he looked so happy and calm. 

"Goodnight Lex" He said as he kissed my forehead. "Good night Kian" I replied, and shut my eyes.

Maybe it was a good thing I didn't have him sleep on the couch...

Ok I'm so sorry that my past few chapters have been all over the place, short, and horrible.

But I promise the upcoming chapters will be better, and there will be less drama... Unless you guys want drama.
