Third-person POV

Jack began to stir, moving left and right while his eyes began to flutter open noticing his surroundings.

He was laying down on Sammy's lap in the kitchen between the kitchen island and the stove, on the cold white marble tiling.

He pushed himself off the floor a little too fast instantly regretting it but made his way to the washroom upstairs after hearing the sound of someone throwing up.

Ignoring his pounding headache, he sped up the stairs looking at his friends who were spread out all over the ground floor and some on the stairs.

He went to the last bedroom and walked into the washroom. Alyssa was throwing up everything she had the previous night.

Jack watched her for about 10 seconds before going up behind her, pulling her hair out of her face and rubbing her back.

After a couple of minutes, Jack felt the chunky liquid make it's way up to his throat. He turned to the bathtub losing control of his body.

Alyssa's small hands rub Jack's back as he threw up. She put her fingers on the lines of his hair holding back the pieces of hair that were covering his face.

Jack turned on the shower tap making a cup with his hand and rinsing his mouth while Alyssa did the same thing but with the sink tap.

They leaned against the wall opposite from each other due to how tired and sick they felt.

Alyssa closed her eyes with her head against the wall while Jack looked her up and down, observing her appearance.

Even though she just threw up, she was stunning. She had on a black spaghetti strap tank top and light green fuzzy dinosaur shorts with white strings.

Jack couldn't help but think about how she supported his sick body even though she hated him.

She couldn't be that nice of a person, could she?

"Thank you," he said hoping it would spark a conversation between the two.

Her eyes slowly opened and she looked down nodding her head, fiddling with her fingers wanting the opposite of what Jack wanted.

"Rose, can we talk, please?" He pleaded hoping she could say something

Even if it was a no, he just wanted to hear her voice.

But she didn't say anything whatsoever. She simply shook her head 'no' making Jack look down with disappointment. He knew she would've said no, why is he expecting another answer?

They sat in uncomfortable silence lost in their thoughts. Little flashbacks from the night before began to take over their brains.

She wanted nothing to do with Jack.

What, he rejects her at her worst but wants her at her best?

He was just a teenager though and everyone makes mistakes.

There were so many Pros and Cons to the situation between the two but she knew, either way, it was going to take time to get over everything even though it was almost 10 years ago.
