I get a note near the end of the day, saying to pack up and that I would be getting picked up. Knowing what this meant, I quickly walk down the office, and they tell me my ride is waiting outside. I quickly notice Xander's Camaro and slide into the front seat without question.
"Looks like your on pick-up duty!" I joke, and Xander laughs.
"Yep! How was school, Shortie?"
"Boring. How was doing nothing?" I ask, grabbing a coiled ponytail holder from my Bag.
"Hey, I did do stuff!"
"Like what?"
"Sleep..." He answered back, not knowing what to say.
"Oh gosh," I say grinning as he laughed.
We fall into a comfortable silence as Xander turns on the Radio, and I scroll through Instagram.
Soon, a text come through from Jack on the group chat I had made the day before, and I quickly open it to see what the hilarious boy had sent.

I shut off my phone, and close my eyes, only to fall asleep.

"Iz, wake up!" Xander says, nudging me with his elbow.
"Huh, why?" I ask, trying to wake up.
"CAUSE WE GET TO WORK OUT!!!" Jack yells, being unnaturally loud, a grin plastered on his face as he opened the car door.
"Why is Jack yelling?" Jackie says with a small smirk, walking over with Leven and Josh.
