I wanted to speak up but I couldn't. There was something stuck on my tongue.

You may be wondering, what is that, Zenitsu?

I wanted to ask him to dance again. I wanted to dance with Tanjiro again, even though I'm not very good at it. It just seemed so...right, dancing with him.

"Um...Tanjiro." He looked over at me. "Yeah?" He asked. "Uh, could we, maybe, dance again?" I asked quietly. His eyes seemed to light up for a quick moment. "Really?" He asked. "Yeah...but, it's alright if you don't want to." I muttered. "Of course we can dance again." Tanjiro smiled at me.

He placed his hand on my shoulder, his other on my hip. I did the same. I spent the first few moments looking at the ground, watching my feet. After a while, when I considered myself used to it, I looked back up at Tanjiro.

He had a soft smile on his face. One that could light up even the darkest of people. I smiled back.

So there we were, in a gym full of high school seniors, dancing and smiling, like the world around us wasn't real.

We danced for the entire song and then decided to take a break. "For someone who says they can't dance, you're pretty good." Tanjiro smiled. I laughed slightly. "Thanks." I smiled back.

Tanjiro checked the time on his phone. "Shit. There's only about another hour left. Guess I lost track of time." He laughed. "That makes two of us." I added.

Okay so...like, I don't have anything to say.
