Chapter 2: Rivalry

Everyone was shocked by the man as he had an air of authority and pride as he walked down the steps as Irene and Wendy were waiting for him at the bottom as he smiled as everyone was silent as he made it to the bottom as he picked up Wendy in his arms as everyone began to clap and cheer as Ray smiled as he saw his parents and his smile grew as he walked over to them as he was actually a bit taller than them now as his mother was crying as she placed a hand on his right cheek as he leaned in to it

Ray: Hello mother I'm back

Mrs Hyoudou: It's good to have you back

With that he hugged his mother as Wendy joined in the hug as Mrs Hyoudou smiled as she wiped away the tears as she held Wendy in her arms as Ray stared at his father as his father stared at him with pride and was so very proud of him

Mr Hyoudou: You've grown into such a great man my boy

Ray chuckling: I had a great role model to look up too father

With that the two hugged as the others were still in shock especially Rias, Asia and Akeno as they looked between Issei and Ray as they couldn't believe that this was his brother as Ray walked up to Issei as Issei didn't know what to do when suddenly Ray pulled him into a hug which shocked Issei as he was uncomfortable as Ray pulled away and looked his brother up and down

Ray: You've grown into such a stud little brother I see Gramps good looks didn't skip a generation again hahaha

Everyone: What?

Mr Hyoudou: Hehe my father actually had silver hair and eyes so that seemed to have skipped a generation with me but Ray received as Issei didn't get it either

Ray: He may not have gotten the looks but he has the charms now then little brother who's your girlfriend huh? I bet you had a ton while I was away

Issei didn't know how to react as everyone was surprised by Ray's carefree attitude as he looked at Issei friends

Ray: So you gonna introduce me to your friends Issei?

Issei was taken out of his confusion as he was still a bit shock

Issei: Sorry the red haired girl is Rias Gremory she's the president of the Ocult Research Club

At the mention of the name Gremory Irene and Ray's eyes narrowed but no one noticed as Ray smiled and held her hand and kissed it

Ray: Pleasure to meet my brother's possible wife in the future

Rias blushed at that as Issei was embarrassed as Ray laughed

Issei: Um anyway the raven haired girl is Akeno

Ray smiled and did the same as he did with Rias as Akeno blushed a bit as Issei continued

Issei: This is Asia she is basically like a daughter to mom and has helped around the house

Ray smiled and walked up to her as she was bit nervous as Ray kneeled before him and placed his right hand on his left pec as he bowed his head

Ray: Thank you for helping my mother and my family I am in your debt miss Asia

Everyone was shocked by his manners and politeness something Issei didn't have as Asia blushed but smiled

Asia: It was nothing really I'm just glad I can pay your parents back for letting me live with them

Ray: Regardless should you or your friends need help with anything don't be afraid to ask

Asia smiling: Of course thank you!

Ray smiled and stood back up

Issei: And this is Koneko she really into sweets
