The skies shook as the heavens broke open. My mother held me close, I could hear her heart pounding against her chest. Her body trembling, as she braced herself for what was coming and her hand holding me so tightly, it hurt.

A pure, blinding white light descended from the skies. Distant bodies cowered in fear, but my mother and I held our ground. As the light came closer, a body formed. Eyes -lacking an iris- were a pure silver, lips redder then blood itself, and hair so completely white it almost disappeared in the white aura surrounding it. A small, gentle smile graced the creature's lips as it floated a few meters away  from us.

"Daughter of God" The beautiful creature began, it's voice oozing righteousness. "You are the last of a generation. Your death will bring you life; your love will bring joy to the kingdom of God. Come, leave your mortal being, and fight with your brothers and sisters in heaven." The creature was now a few steps from us. It's  eyes emitted nothing but love as those words left it's lips.

My mother's arms engulfed me in a hug before we stumbled away from the beautiful creature.I felt as she shook her head but my eyes never left the creature. Was that how angels looked like? Such beauty and it's  smile never wavered, instead it seemed to only become even more understanding.

In the back of my mind I head my mother  sob. Instantly I was pulled out my adoration for the creature.   "No, I don't want to" She began.  "I don't want to forget."  Mum whispered the last part before pulling me even tighter.

"You are a daughter of God, it is your  duty. Come." This time it's voice was more commanding. The angelic smile had long disappeared and replacing it was a slight frown.  I felt my mother's body become cold, and her arms loosened around me before I heard her body smash against the concrete. I spun around, and two things were there: my mother's cold body and a pure, white ghost.

"Put her back!" I screamed as I tried to push the spirit back into the body. My hands merely went through. "Mum! Mum! Please! Don't go! Please! Don't leave me" My mother's spirit ignored me. Instead a soft smile touched her lips as she walked beside the angel.

"The last generation has begun  perished. The seven seals shall be broken." With that they were gone. I was alone.

And the trumpet sounded.
