You looked aimlessly out the window,letting all of your thoughts rush through your head,not paying any attention to class. You heard the bell go off and packed up your things,wondering if he would meet you outside today,or if the hero course kept him late again. You were a general studies student and your best friend used to be,too. Until he joined the hero course,that is.
His name was Hitoshi Shinsou, and you had known him since middle school. People always said that you two were almost oppisites,like night and day almost. You two were insepreble though,well according to everyone else at least.
You walked out of the building,serching for his familier purple hair. You finally spot him and,to you,he looked sad. You immediatly run towards him,a worried expression on your face.
"Hito-kun! You look sad,what's wrong?"you ask. His face is turned down towards the pavement. You decide to just bend down and look at his face from there."Hey I asked you a quest-" you stop mid-sentence. His face was a blushing mess. As soon as you saw it though, immediatly turned his head so that you couldn't see the immense blush that he was so desperatly trying to hide.
"I-Its nothing! Just don't worry about it,"he managed to say. You pouted. Why wouldn't he tell you what was wrong?
You decided to take matters into your own hands...literally. You reached up and grabbed his face.
"W-What are you doing!?"he asked in a startled tone. You looked straight into his deep purple eyes. You inhaled.
"Hito-kun,I care about you a lot so I'm gonna need you to tell me what's wrong,"you say,still clutching his face. You feel his face go hot but,he seems to calm down. He leans his head into your left hand and holds your right. You like this feeling,his hand holding yours.
"Like I said nothing is wrong...now that this is happening of course,"he whispered. You blush a bit. He continues "I just was trying to figure out how to tell you something,though I think actions speak louder than words.." He leaned in and kissed your lips.
It was a short kiss but it felt like it lasted for an eternity. You felt like you were floating,and it was the best feeling ever. You still held his face in your hand,and he leaned back into it.
"So that's how it feels..."he said softly. You simply nodded. It was quite nice,you wanted this moment to last forever.
