Suga's POV

EDITED! NO, YOURE NOT CRAZY FOR REMEMBERING IT A CERTAIN WAY! I CHANGED IT!

I can't stop thinking about Noya. Everything that's happened keeps replaying through my head, and I look to Daichi, seeing him mindlessly playing a game on his phone. I get angry, as I feel that he should be comforting me, not playing on his phone.

"I hope you're having fun." I grumble, crossing my arms.

Daichi looks up, and I notice the look in his eyes. He looks shellshocked.

"Daichi?"

He blinks at me, tilting his head slightly. I walk over to him, placing my hand on his cheek. He doesn't react, staring through me as if I'm invisible.

He must be dissociating.

For some reason, I feel anger pool in my stomach. He wasn't here for Asahi, and he's not as close to Noya as I am! It was way worse on me!

Daichi looks down, opening his phone again and beginning to play on it again. I roll my eyes, pissed that he would dare ignore me when I clearly need him.

Whatever. He can be a fucking asshole if he wants.

I'm pulled from my thoughts by the sound of my phone ringing.

Asahi.

I panic slightly, looking to Daichi. I watch as he grabs my phone and answers the call, shoving it into my hands. I glare at him before bringing it to my ear.

"A-Asahi?"

"Hey. Noya's injury was pretty bad so he won't be back to Volleyball for a while. I was wondering if you could tell the team. Give them as much detail as you want. It's better if they know what really happened."

"Asahi, I can't tell you how fucking scared I was to answer the phone."

"I'm so sorry!"

"Don't be. So Noya's okay?"

"Yeah, he's sleeping. The doctors are going to take him to the psych ward for testing in the morning so I'm letting him get some rest. They're not going to let me go, and you know how much he's going to cry over it."

"Yeah..."

"It's getting late, and you have practice, so I should go. Love ya, man."

"Thank you for calling, Asahi. Love you. Tell Noya I love him."

I hang up the phone, smiling at Daichi, "He's okay."

He nods, not saying anything. I'm getting legitimately mad at this point but brush it off, so much of my stress let go from knowing Noya's okay.

I stand, looking to Daichi and gesturing at him to get up as well. He does, looking at me before looking down, biting his lip and looking focused.

Then he finally speaks.

"C-Can you d-d-drive?"

"I don't want to."

He sighs, grabbing his keys and walking towards the door. He doesn't say anything as he opens it, turning to me with tears in his eyes. I roll my eyes, and I watch Daichi's face crumble a bit. He walks out the door, getting into his car and closing the door quickly, starting the ignition and driving off. I watch him leave, guilt washing over me.

I made him clean the kitchen by himself.

I feel sick to my stomach as I drive to practice.

As I enter the gym, Daichi is sitting in a corner, his head tucked between his knees and the entire team surrounding him. Tanaka turns as he sees me, eyes wide with terror.
