Chapter 5

"Kian! man how are you?" Liam said as soon as I he open his condo's door, but I just glared at him for interrupting me last night 

he just gave me a nervous laugh as he scratched his nape "I am sorry brother I didn't intend to interrupt your night" he said nervously as I look at him still wearing my hard glare 

I sighed at him as I walk towards his kitchen and roam his fridge, damn this lazy bastard he doesn't have enough food in his fridge he just have some eggs and some frozens. What ever I am kinda hungry right now. After last night I just take a nap at her place and left early in the morning and decides to barge in Liam's place 

I took out a egg and bacon and two sausages, as I saw Liam tailing me like a lost puppy

I cook my breakfast as I place it in the kitchen counter and sit at the stool as Liam sit in front of me as he look at me with his puppy eyes, if we were not best friends I will fall for his expression he is giving me but too bad he's my best friend so no chance 

"I don't want to interrupt you I swear in my name Kian" he said still looking apologetic

I sighed as I look at him "dude what were you thinking exactly last night? it's not like you" I said to him as he sighed. Way back when I was getting some nights Liam wont bother calling me because he knows the rules 

"you were right I wasn't in my self last night, you know it's not me who want to call you last night it was Leandro, he wants to call you. I am sorry" he said as I look at him confused. 

"Leandro? who is that?" I said confused, damn who is that?

he laugh at me like a mad man as I look at him confused, damn I can't catch his drift 

" he thinks you're interesting and I think he wants to pissed you last night, he made me call you. I am sorry for his behalf. Damn you even didn't remember who he is he's my brother by the way, the one I introduce to you last night" he said as he sighed 

"tell your brother my rules Liam and tell him don't try" I said to him as I continue to eat my breakfast 

"I already told him that! he was just stubborn as ever" he said as he sighed 

RINGGGG!?!?!?

I heard my phone rings as I look at the caller's I.D. it's dad what does he wants?

Liam look at me curiously as I face him my phone's screen as I answer the phone 

"Dad? is there a problem?" I said as I drink my water 

"no there's none, your mom was just want to have you here today until dinner she kinda miss you son. Are you free?" dad said from the other line of the phone 

"I'm free today dad I'll just finish my breakfast and i'll head there as soon as i finish here. And by the way I am at Liam's place" I said as I face the phone at Liam 

"good morning uncle Dave" he said cheerfully as I just shook my head. Liam is close to my family specially to my brother Ken because they were talking about football so yeah they vibe 

"is Kian being a burden to you?" I heard my dad said as I wash the dishes I used 

Liam chuckled as he wiggled his brows, and I do know he's about to tell my dad some extras

"yes uncle he is as always being  a burden to me since we become friends" he said while laughing as I glared at him playfully 

"don't believe this jerk dad I wasn't in fact he is the one being burden to me instead" I said as I steal the phone from him 

"oh Kian by the way your mom is asking if you have a serious relationship at the moment she wants to meet your lover if there is" my dad said chuckling a bit, because he knows and they knows my rules. No commitments, no dramas. 

"you know me dad. I am on my way now, bye" I said as dad just also said his good byes as I end the call 

"hey Li, got to go thanks for the breakfast" I said as I grab my keys and walks towards the door 

"no problem buddy" he said as he poured his glass with his coffee. I crunch my face giving him a disgusted face 

"just because you're not a coffee person Kian doesn't make me disgust coffee" he said as he shook his head and chuckling a bit 

"whatever dude, gotta run" I said as i open the door and closed it and start walking at the elevator 

I waited a bit as it open and a man inside the elevator looked at me amused with a little smirk plastered in his lips as I look at him confused. Do I know him? he looks familiar but at the same time I don't 

I just ignored him as i entered the elevator as he exit the lift "I m kinda hurt that you doesn't even remember me, Kian" he said as I look at him more confused 

"do I need to know you?" I said as he smiled at me 

"Leandro Cruz, Liam's brother. And your future" he said as the lift closed leaving me confused inside the lift 

Future? he must be some crazy random guy. Wait! did he just said he is Liam's brother? Leandro Cruz? Ahh now I know that's why he looks so familiar he is Liam's brother. 

Gosh he gets into my nerves pretty bad. If he doesn't stop his crazy fantasies he'll end up being disappointed in the end, because I am not the man for him.
