Hey?
Hey there! Yes you. Hi!
How's it going?
It's almost the end of July and been pouring for three days straight.
Is it raining there in your part of the world too?
Maybe somewhere in this world maybe, just maybe someone out there sitting right beside their window wondering the same.
Or that's what I would like to believe.
Doesn't make one feel alone in this dysfunctional universe. To the outsider it might sound poetic or sentimental but clinging onto that thought does give one hope. And that's harmless right?
Wondering what might be that person doing right now who beholds some share of your monsoon tales. Is he thinking about you just the way you are? Is he having a smoke infront of his south faced window, staring at the sight of the lake and thinking about those moments? Does he still have that Mandarin Vodka bottle hidden somewhere inside his cupboard which we promised to open together? Did he finish the book you lent him which will now never return to its owner. Is he also curious about what you might be doing right at this very moment? Maybe not. He was never a deep thinker. But makes you wonder, doesn't it? And there's no harm in it. No one to bother with your endless string of recollected thoughts. This are just yours and only yours to be burdened with. An isolated isle where you live solitary, which is decorated with creations made right from the ashes and the creator is YOU.
What's on your mind?
Write to me.Yours truly
