Once me and Joey showered and got dressed it sweats for now we brushed our hair and tied it out of the way. Once we were ready we walked out of the room and found the others.

Finally Sarah said laughing. What are we not allowed to take out time getting ready I said chuckling. Yeah it's fine Paris said chuckling. Who walked in on us by the way Joey asked. It was me I was coming to see if you guys were ready yet but you were busy mom said chuckling. Sorry we both said.

Oh why mom asked. Her iron levels goes low she has to take iron supplements to keep it up but she forgets to take it lea said. Oh has she taken it today mom asked. I doubt it since she hasn't gotten out of bed yet lea said. We Should go make her take it Sarah said. She needs to eat with it lea said.

Ok what can she handle when she's like this lily asked. Usually she only has smoothies with a lot of fruit and veggies in it because it's all she can handle the first day or two lea said. Ok I'll make her a smoothie Sarah said getting up.

She can't have dairy remember her mom yelled as Sarah walked away. I know Sarah yelled back. Why can't she have dairy dad asked. She's lactose intolerant she just doesn't care sometimes and will eat dairy anyway lea said chuckling. Yeah I feel like everyone who lactose intolerant does that at least once it a while mom said chuckling.

Yeah summer does that with ice cream she eats the whole pint of ice cream and then has a stomach ache because she ate so much and can't have dairy lily said chuckling.
