Daisy Bell smiled to herself as she remembered last night, unfortunately the knights had to disband in the morning to go to their respective classes but it's a memory she'll cherish forever.

Now she sat in her lecture for Philosophy, a minor she chose to take solely because of her mother. They had shared the interest together and she thought it'd be cool to learn more of.

Thankfully, Hamish as a philosophy TA meant that every Thursday she gets taught by none other than the man himself.

If she was being honest, she lost interest in philosophy a while ago. It wasn't that she wasn't cool with learning new things, but the kinda stuff you can learn online with a quick query and fun fact was the best she could do with it. She just stayed in the class because she didn't want to hurt Hamish. Poor guy liked what he did and she felt if she dropped the class, it'd hurt him in some way.

So usually she blocked the lessons out and then do the essays based on the ones online. In other words, she cheated. And Hamish Duke damn well knew it.

It wasn't long before the lecture was over, her notebook filled with the tiny drawings she did to spend her time.

She grabbed her bag, throwing it over her shoulder before walking out the classroom, giving the professor a small nod as she did.

As great as last night was, she couldn't help but remember the vote.

They were going to kill Jack Morton.

By all means, she hates the Order. With a passion. But the guy did absolutely nothing to them, other than cast a few spells and cause a few ear rings but other than that...she had no clue what he had actually done to cause them harm.

They hides don't just choose anybody. Though it may seem like it. Silverback must of had some reason to choose jack.

The rest of day the went smoothly, till it was time for Daisy to meet the others at the den.

She walked into the home, placing her bag on the ground, grabbed a bag of chips, and sat down on the couch.

She noticed Lilith behind the wall, hiding away, "um, you know he's gonna find out you're here anyway right?" The glassed girl muffled out, staring at Bathory.

"Shhh!"

Hamish.

"Weirdos." She whispered, continuing to munch on her chips.

Right then, the door opened to reveal Randall with Jack following close behind. She gave a slight wave to them both, mindlessly eating.

"You're sure you can get Hamish and Lilith on board?" Jack pressed, following the RA into the living room.

"Oh yeah, absolutely, no problem."

Lies.

"Hamish!" He called out, "Lilith!"

Hamish walked out like some mob boss in a video game, "great job, Randall."

"I thought for sure you were gonna help him run." Lilith smirked, coming out from her spot behind the wall.

"Am I supposed to say something intimidating now?" Daisy asked, looking between the four in front of her.

"You double-crossing bastard!" Jack insulted, glaring at Randall.

Randall put his hands out, "Everyone calm down, no ones killing anyone!"

"We agreed." The Bathory girl reminded, "best out of three, you lost, he dies."

"Jack landed his first kill." Randall confessed, "big bad magic."

Daisy got up from her spot and placed the chips on the coffee table, intrigued by the situation.

"Bullshit!"

"Jack, tell them." Randall said, "tell them how you heard the ringing and transformed into silverback and took down your professor who was weaponized by bad magic."

Jack cut him off, "that...that happened."

Daisys eyes widened, "that's straight up champion shit!" She exclaimed, looking toward Hamish.

Randall tapped her shoulder, "right?" He started, "and pretty impressive considering he hasn't even been trained!"

"Doesn't change the fact that he's been doing bad magic." Lilith barked.

"That was a mistake."

"And he's very sorry."

"You're a mistake."

"That was bit brutal, Lil."

"We need to discuss this alone." Hamish interrupted, stepping forward.

"What're we gonna do about dick leak here?" The Bathory girl mentioned, giving him a scowl, "we can't just let him go."

"She's right." And with that, Hamish roughly started to pull jack away to what daisy could only assume was the basement.

"Randall!" Jack pleaded, "Daisy!"

"Guys!"

"Sorry, Wolfie."

They followed their 'prisoner' down to the basement, where Lilith roughly shoved him down.

"Don't do anything weird!"

"Like lock somebody in your basement while you debate whether or not to kill them?" Jack snapped back, glaring as he pushed himself away.

"Yeah, Like That."

Randall and Daisy shared a look as the other knights retreated upstairs, each of them leaning on one side of the door frame.

Jack looked at them, "lie to them about what happened, that was your plan?"

"It's not lying," Randall reasoned. "It's...optimistic expectation."

"It's just bending the truth a little." Daisy explained, pinching her fingers on 'little.'

"You," he pointed at her. "You were on this-"

"I'm in on most shenanigans that Randall gets himself into, I'm his designated sober driver it's kinda my job."

The Morton boy rolled his eye, "and you," he looked back to Randall. "I never said Clarke was weaponized by bad magic!"

"You never said he wasn't." Carpio noted, "look it's going to be okay, we promise, right Daisy?"

She nodded, "right." She held out a her thumb in a "good job" motion, "don't worry, kiddo."

"It's gonna take a couple hours though," Randall swiftly said before pushing Jack back and slamming the door, locking it behind him.

Daisy pushed up her glasses and shook her head, "maybe we shouldn't have promised anything."

"Heard that!"

"damnit."
