"Really?"

"Yes we're completely sure!" Donghyuck said softly over the phone. "We want to make sure Taeyong is safe. We love him and want him to be okay."

Their manager cleared his throat and continued. "Thank you for this information Donghyuck. We will take this to the CEO to question Lee Taeyong."

Donghyuck froze. "Wait, what?! Questioning? I don't think that's..." he trailed off as he heard the familiar sound of the phone being hung up.

"Hyung, what do you mean by questioning?" Jisung braved as the Dreamies huddled around their friend, nervous. "Will Taeyong be in trouble? They wouldn't fire him, would they?"

No body said a word for a while, just sitting in silence until Jaemin spoke. "They won't fire him, I believe. He's too talented to let go. Plus, Jeno you said he didn't seem drunk or disoriented." Jeno nodded. "So he couldn't have been doing anything wrong. He probably just went on a walk to relax."

Renjun bobbed his head in agreement. "You're right Jaemin. I trust that hyung was being responsible."

The Dreamies conversed for a while longer until Donghyuck broke up the meeting. "Alright, well I think we should go to bed now, it's pretty late." He glanced at his phone. "Wow, almost 4m!"

Chenle scoffed. "Phhhhh! 4am? Child's play!" Then he yawned and his eyelids drooped.

Jeno grabbed Chenle and threw him onto the bed since they happened to be in Jisung and Chenle's room. "Go to bed now." He insisted to an exhausted Chenle.

The Dreamies dispersed and went to sleep without much thought as to their mission. The one person thinking about the questioning was their manager. He thought, where had Taeyong been that night?

The next morning Jaehyun woke before Taeyong. He stretched and went to sit on the edge of his friend's bed. He noticed his phone lit up but thought nothing of it. He began to play with Taeyong's hair. Suddenly the phone vibrated and lit up again. It's probably nothing. Jaehyun shrugged. When he was interrupted a third time by the damn phone lighting up he sat up and grabbed it.

"Three missed calls from our manager?" He whispered quizzically. He went back to his side of the room, turned the volume down, and listened to the voicemails.

Lee Taeyong you are required to come to the main office to speak with Mr. Lee Sungsoo. Be there at 10:00. Do not be late.

Jaehyun cocked his head in confusion and played the message again. It sounded very odd. There was something about their manager's voice that didn't sound natural. It sounded very harsh and angry. And Lee Sungsoo? The CEO? What did he want with Taeyong?

"What did you do Taeyongie?" Jaehyun asked himself. He stood up and threw the phone at his sleeping member. "Wake up now!" He shook the red haired boy until he came out of his deep sleep.

"What, why did you wake me up Jaehyun?" Taeyong asked rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

"You're going to be late!" Jaehyun pulled his friend up, panicking. "It's already 9:35!"

"What are you talking about? Why are you so frazzled?" He blushed as Jaehyun took Taeyong's shirt off him and threw him a nice, clean one.

"Get dressed, now! I don't know what the hell you did but you're in big trouble."

Taeyong stopped in his tracks. "Trouble?"

Jaehyun nodded, tossing him a pair of formal shoes. "Why do you think?"
