These are personal headcanons of mine for all the homelands in Twisted Wonderland, mainly based off the characters' names and also the stories they are from. Feel free to add your own thoughts!
Rose Kingdom, at least for me, is likely based off England, mainly due to the original story's author being British and the character Alice having the surname of Lidel (Riddle's name is the same in Katakana as the surname Lidel, so yeah).
The Land of the Pyroxene is likely based off Germany, mainly from referencing Vil's surname being the German word for beauty.
Afterglow Savannah is likely based on one of the many nations of Sub Saharan Africa.
The Land of Hot Sands is pretty obvious; it's based off the nations of the Middle East. Primarily Saudi Arabia.
The Valley of Thorns is likely based off France, if Lilia's surname is to believe. The story of Sleeping Beauty is also based in France as well in the movie so this could be possible.
The Village of Harvest is likely based off of rural France, but currently there's only one character from there so I could be wrong. I did a quick search and France has the highest amount of utilised farming land in the entire EU.
