Chapter 5

Recap: 

I fall asleep with a smile on my face, feeling safe and protected.

Lisa's POV:

I open my eyes and immediately close them as the bright light hits my face directly. I forgot to close the blinds last night. I look to my right, Eunwoo is still sleeping, he looks even more handsome. I smile and slowly detangle myself from him. I go to get up to close the blinds and immediately almost shout in pain. My bruise.

"Owwww" I whisper, sitting down slowly. I used to feel like this every day. I had forgotten the feeling of having all these bruises, so it hurts more. I don't like the familiarity of this feeling. 

"Should I wake Eunwoo?" I ask myself as I check the time. It's 1:00 pm. I'll wake him up so that we can sleep on time tonight. I slowly place my hand on his face. 

"Oppa, wake up" I whisper softly. He stirs a bit but doesn't wake up. I kiss his cheek softly, and I feel his hands snaking around my waist. I roll my eyes. He was awake already.

"Eunwoo, your very good at acting," I say softly. He chuckles. His arms tighten around my waist, and I gasp in pain. He immediately opens his eyes and sits up, his arms still around me. He searches my face. 

"My bruise just hurts a bit, Eunwoo," I say, looking down. I don't want to talk about yesterday in case he gets mad at my stepdad again. 

Too late. He's already angry. He gently lifts up my top and his eyes flare in anger.

"I should have killed that fucking bastard!" he says angrily. I put my hand on his back, hugging him. I know I should just let him cool down first. 

I avert my attention to his lip. It's still bruised and has turned purple. I get up again to go get ice for him but fall back on the bed. 

"Lili, it's OK. I'll fix my lip later" he says, still very pissed off. I nod. I get up slowly, holding the bedpost. He crawls across the bed and back hugs me as he stands up, supporting me from behind. I lean my back against his chest gratefully. 

"I'm sorry that I scared you yesterday, Baby. I was just so angry with your parents. I promise that I'll protect you from now on" he says into my ear.

"It's OK, Oppa. My stepdad punched you. I can't believe he would!" I say, getting slightly angry. Eunwoo sighs, and I feel his chest rise and fall against my back. 

"I'm fine, Baby. Really. I'm so fucking stupid for scaring you, I'm sorry" he says as he turns me to face him. I smile gently and kiss his cheek, surprising him. We jump slightly when my brother comes bursting into the room. 

"WHAT'S UP FUCKERS" he yells then looks at us. His eyes widen when he realizes that he's intruding and Eunwoo glares at him. I smile and detach myself from Eunwoo, much to his dismay. 

"Lili, we have a photoshoot today, so you'll have to come with us because I'm not comfortable leaving you by yourself here," he tells me. I nod and look at Eunwoo. 

"We'll get ready and come out, Hyung," he says to my brother as Jinwoo walks out. 

We get ready and go out to the driveway and get in the car. 

The drive to the studio was really short, about 10 minutes, so we arrived earlier than expected. We were shown to the waiting room and we all sat down. 

I sat with Eunwoo on the couch, JinJin and MJ sat on the chairs by the mirrors, and Moonbin, Rocky, and Sanha were playing with the makeup stations and probably breaking a few things. One of the staff members came in to inform the boys that they will be having the photoshoot in pairs.

JinJin and MJ went first, they took about an hour, and then they came back to the waiting room. Next, Moonbin, Eunwoo, and Rocky went. Sanha and I were waiting alone as JinJin and MJ were called out again. 

A staff member came in and told us that there was a slight delay so the next group that was scheduled for a photo shoot would come in. We both said that was fine and moved all of our stuff to one side. 

The new group came in and my eyes widened as I recognized them. 

"Lisa? Lalisa Manoban?!" one of the boys said roughly. I nodded, slightly terrified. 

Sanha stepped in front of me and pointed to the other side of the room.

"That's your side," he said while glaring at them and shielding me from their view protectively. 

"Well, already got yourself a new group, bitch?" one of them spat at me. I got angry at that because they were insulting ASTRO as well. I push Sanha behind me and stare at them with tears in my eyes. 

"I would rather be with this group than ever see IKON again," I said, spitting the group's name at them as if it was poison. 

"Oh, the bitch has an attitude. Too bad for you we can do whatever we want to you and this small little punk" Hanbin says, eyeing Sanha devilishly. I put my arm on Sanha. 

"You will not touch him!" I said, trying to sound brave. Hanbin smirked, making me feel uncomfortable.

"Fine then, well just trash the place," he said, signaling for his boys to start. They started throwing things everywhere, breaking mirrors and narrowly missing us. Sanha and I dropped down and I put my arms around him, hugging him. 

"It's OK, Noona. My hyungs will be back soon" he whispers yelled over the sound of glass breaking.

"I'm so sorry, Sanha. I'm sorry you had to get involved with these dickheads" I tell him, hoping to reassure him because I am the older one in this situation. We are both close to tears as we hear the door bang open. 

Both our eyes widen, but I tell Sanha to stay down, just in case one of us gets something thrown at us. Both our mouths open as soon as we hear Eunwoo speak. 

"What the fuck is going on here?! Where are Lisa and Sanha?!"
