Day and Night, Face Mite

As I lay on my sofa lacking spirit to fight,

Mind you, it was day and not night.

I scrolled through videos, too lazy for studies,

Hell, I was too lazy to even talk with my buddies!

Mindlessly scrolling through videos to watch,

A video passed my eyes and onto my mind it latched.

I was intrigued yet disgusted,

For it's thumbnail showed a face in which a lice like creature was encrusted.

Not having much control over my brain,

I clicked on that video thinking I had nothing to lose but much to gain.

I laugh back at how wrong was I.

I wasn't thinking about the well-being of my eye.

The video's narrator was cheery,

But everything else was dreary.

Face mites crawled on a human's face.

Some even crawled into the the pores like a true ace.

This was not too bad yet,

Most could handle it I bet.

But I was not ready for what was to come next,

The narrator told us that the mites mate on the top of our skin through a text.

I felt disgusted of my skin as I felt something crawling.

I assumed that it were two mites brawling.

Or could it be the two mating?

At that thought, I scratched my skin, finding it irritating.

That night, I could not sleep well and woke up midnight due to fright.

From hereon forth, I could only think about face mites.

Night and day, face mite,

Day and night, face mite.

Thus, I came on this site to share this tale,

And become the reason for your nightmares that will leave you pale.

A/n: This will be your sleep paralysis demon now. I don't make the rules.

This poem must be the longest one yet. But still of bad quality. I'm thinking of changing it up next time. Maybe changing the rhyme scheme or the style of poetry? I don't know, give me the suggestions.

I don't know why all of my poems end up so bad man. And yes, I'm aware of how bad it is thank you very much. My specialty is writing, not poetry.
