Arthit sighed and threw his sight somewhere else. He paced around back and forth inconceivable amount of times. His steps were sometimes halted as he stopped in front of the window to observe the water droplets there. A smile emerged from his lips. Arthit loved the rain, he had always does but when he remembered that his good for nothing ex-boyfriend and sister were still in one of the rooms talking about god knew what, he became relentless once again and continued pacing.
"God, what are they doing in there?" he even went as far as wanting to eavesdrop but decided against it in the end.
He suddenly remembered the longing and remorse filled stare Kongpob displayed to him when P'Rose unknowingly grabbed his left hand and went for their little 'talk'. Arthit was also gifted with a little kick from his child the moment he came eye to eye with Kongpob. The pale male hated to admit it but deep inside, he knew that could only mean one thing.
Byul felt the presence of his father. It may seem a little farfetched but as the one carrying the little bundle of joy, he knew that by heart. His expression suddenly turned weary and his breath became erratic. Everything seemed blurry as beads of sweat started to form on his forehead.
Arthit changed his mind. He wasn't ready to face Kongpob again. He wasn't ready to confront the cause of his recurring nightmares just yet. The pregnant male was scared of everything, the rejection, of what his ex-boyfriend had to say and most importantly, about their vague future together. Making up his mind, he did what any sane and mentally capable person would do in circumstances like his.
Carefully, he tiptoed outside and closed the door slowly. He ran to the gate and caught the first taxi he spotted on the street. After giving the driver his address, he gave Kongpob's house one last look before the taxi made a sharp turned to the left, making the house disappeared from his view completely.
Arthit closed his eyes and leaned against the seat, a drop of tear escaped his left eye.
"P, yes I get it okay. I was an idiot." A tan male was currently bowing his head in shame. He wasn't proud of everything that he had done.
"Yes, you were and still is, brother!! What the hell were you thinking? Let me remind you again that you're not in a movie where the male lead impregnated his girlfriend, ran away, pretended nothing happened, and then met again years after that! Then what?? They made up, fucked up again, his girlfriend got pregnant once again, the douchebag ran away again, then they crossed paths again and finally live happily ever after??????" Rose Suthiluck let out a breath of annoyance and crossed both of her hands in front of her chest.
"In case you have forgotten, I am pregnant too, Kongpob. Would you like it if your brother in law suddenly ran away and left me without even saying anything? Don't you think I owe an explanation?"
Kongpob lifted his head. "If P'Tan were to do that, I would hunt him to death."
Rose rolled his eyes. She smacked Kongpob's head with a book nearby. The younger winced in pain.
"Exactly Kongpob, exactly! Get that through that thick skull of yours and go to Arthit now! He needs you more than anything. I'll kill you if anything happens to him."
"But P, he hates me, I am sure of it. How can I face him like this? I don't deserve to be with him, after what happened." Kongpob bit his lower lips, a habit he had developed that indicated he was extremely nervous.
"There you go again with that stupid mindset of yours! I don't fucking care, now go outside and fix this mess, you idiot!!" the tall lady was about to push her foolish brother out of the room when the door suddenly opened and a crying Olivia came into sight. Rose widened her eyes.
