Gabriella's POV (Point of View)

"Enjoy your first day honey.." mom said as she waved to me from the car.

"I will mom.. Pick me up after school, okay?"

"Of course my dear Gabby" she said and drived away.

I stepped in the lobby. "LA" I thought "It's gonna be a blast."

I just moved here 3 days ago from New York. I have always read about how cool LA is. Now that my parents got a job here, I will finally have a chance to become and "LA girl".

Eliza's POV

"Wow.... look at this school. It's so cool!!" I said hypnotized by the beauty of this building.

"Yo Liz. Come here would you" said Jacob, my elder brother.

So I've been taking a 2 year course in London for self defence and criminalogy. I loved that course but I think that it's time to be a normal school girl for now.

I hope I meet new friend and I hope guys won't runaway from me just because I know self defence which most people think it is hurting people.

During Recess

Gabby's POV

"This isn't bad" I thought as I took another bite of my mashed potatoes.

I looked at the crowded canteen and thought about my dream of one day becoming the owner of a restaurant.

I would have an authentic Japanese restaurant and I would be in the kitchen expediting orders. Once I'm done, I would be at the dining room getting my customer's feedback.

While I was lost in my thoughts, a girl came.

"Um.. the canteen is full and there are no seats left. Would you mind if I sit here?" she asked.

"Sure. I was just hoping that somebody would come and seat with me. I was lonely."

"Ow.. anyways, I'm Eliza" the girl said.

"Nice to meet you Eliza. I'm Gabriella but people call me Gabby."

"Are you new here?"

"Yup."

Suddenly a blode haired girl came and sat opposite me and Eliza.

"Name, Leah Smith. I saw you guys at Biology. You know, I'm the girl who sits at the back. We should be friends...." she said.

I looked at Eliza and we nodded.

"Name, Elizabeth just moved from London."Eliza said.

"Name, Gabby from New York." I said mimicking her voice.

"Great!" She said.

Eliza's POV

Well I met some girls that seems nice to me but I'll hold tongue for a while about the self defence thing.

So during recess, Leah told us everything about the school. What caught my attention was when she told us about the most popular guys at school.

They are Tom and James. She showed them to us from a distance on our way to Chemistry. She was right. All girls like them.

James is cute but to me, Tom is cuter. Leah also told us that they both are taking arts courses like acting and singing. They are auditioning for a role in a Hollywood movie.

That kinda broke my heart a little because I knew that I would NEVER have him. Just to hang with him might be impossible.

Hi..... thank you so much for reading my first book. This story is actually about me and my real life best friend's (wargirl1408) fantasy imagination. I apologise for any silly grammatical or language errors as I an not a native speaker.
I'll try to update often but i start school soon but I hopefully squeeze for writing.
