10. Newbies To Our Group

It's been about 2 weeks since the accident and my life has definitely gotten back to normal agh...

School has been a bust as usual.

Today though was interesting in a good and hilarious way.

It was Monday morning and I was skating into the school with Matt as usual. We met up with the guys in our place than went to our lockers.

Up first I had Chemistry with Andy. While James and Matt had History together.

We went our separate ways after class had started about 10 minutes ago, because James wanted to chill in the halls for a bit longer. He was determined to be late for his first class on Monday for whatever reasons... In which I would rather never know, especially when it comes to James, who knows what really goes on in that brain *cringes*.

Andy and I walked into the room while Mr. Beedly scolded us for being late and death stared us while we just ignored him and took our seats at the back away from everyone.

Mr. Beedly was just about to continue the lesson when someone knocked on the door and entered.

It was a girl with long brown hair, a beanie on and a nose piercing.

"I'm sorry to interrupt but is this Chemistry? I'm new," She asked with a smile. "Yes, this is Chemistry. What's your name?" He asked politely. "Talia Mr. ..." "Beedly, my names Mr. Beedly. Why don't you take a seat? I think the only one left is at the back next to Destiny." "Thanks," As she started to walk towards her seat Mr. Beedly said "Oh and Destiny keep your mouth shut or your out you to Andy, let Talia work and make better friends than you to idiots." He said sternly, "Haha your just hilarious Sir! I know Andy and I are your favourite students. And for the record don't call me an idiot, you're the one to talk." This made him mad... Oops. "Destiny this is your final warning! Now sit there do whatever you feel like doing if it's in silence and you don't annoy me got it." Andy looked at me than Mr. Beedly with his eyebrows together, "What about me Sir? Can I just chill with Destiny?" Andy asked, Mr. Beedly just sighed heavily and turned to the white board beginning to write down notes. "I will take that as a yes than." Andy said with a grin as he leaned back on his chair.

I rolled my eyes and turned to me left where Talia was sitting. "So why would you move to this shitty school?" I asked her, she turned to me with a smile "We just moved here from Sydney with my friend Brittany and her family." I was a bit confused by this answer "Why did you move here and your friend?" She let out a light giggle and answered "Both our families are really close and we both just wanted a fresh start in a new place so we decided to move here. They only live a few streets away from me."

The rest of the lesson went on with Talia getting to know Andy and I a bit. It wasn't so bad Talia's actually a really sweet and funny girl. Maybe she might want to join out group? As well as her friend Brittany. It's been a while since I've had any girlfriends I prefer to chill with the guy they're better at friendships for me.

As we were walking towards our lockers Talia said that her locker was further away. I asked her if she wanted to chill with us at lunch at the car park where we hang. I even suggested that she should bring Brittany. She said yes and went on her way. I chucked my books in my locker than stuck my face right next to Andy's with a big ass grin on.

"What?" He asked with a laugh as he pushed my face away, I put my face back and said, "You know exactly what I'm going to say." I said as I raised my eyebrow. "No I don't actually," He pushed my face away again. "Would you stop doing that you douche! And you do know what I'm going to say! I'm going to say that you like Talia." "No I don't," he said trying to deny it but... I know this dude way too well for me not to see it. "Yes you fucking do! Now stop denying it and tell me now, you think the chick is hot with the cutest personality!" I ordered as I crossed my arms over my chest like a kid. "Come on I don't have all day!" He let out a sigh "Agh fine! I do think she's really pretty and she has a really sweet personality. There happy now?" Andy asked with a huff and shut his locker door, "Much, now let's go!"

Once we got there, James and Matt were already sitting down. James was already pigging out on food, at least I saw some fruit there. He can honestly eat 24/7 till he dies and he will be great. Jesus I really worry about him sometimes.

We sat down only for a few seconds than James excitedly said. "Guess who was in History with Matt and I?" "I don't know... Who?" I asked as I rolled my eyes. It was probably just some hot chick that he met once at a party as a hook up or something. "Well... She's new and super-hot! Her names Brittany." "Yep and he wouldn't shut up about her," Matt whined as he rolled his eyes. "Hey did she move here with her friend Talia?" I asked James, "Yeah she did, how did you know?" "Because Talia was in our Chemistry class, I actually invited them to sit with us today." "WHAT? Are you serious? YES! Oh shit here they come now..." We turned around to see Talia walking towards us with another girl next to her with long brown hair, a snapback on and a plaid shirt. I assume its Brittany.

"Hey Talia! Nice to see you, I'm glad you came." I greeted her politely. "Hey Destiny! Hi Andy, oh this is Brittany." "Hey," Andy and I said in sync. "Oh hey James and Matt" Brittany said with a small smile. "Hey."

The six of us just hung out together chatting and being stupid. It was quite enjoyable talking to the girls Brittany seems really nice.

I found out that Brittany is really into skateboarding, where Talia has tried it before she said, but wasn't very good. Maybe Andy could teach her some time, haha *wink wink*. Man... I'm a dreadful friend, I'm really going to piss him off doing this, but it's worth it because he likes her and its funny, so I might as well make the most of it while I can.

It was now 5:30 and I'm lounging on my bed texting Talia and Brittany in a group chat.

Me: 
So... Tonight there's going to be this big ass party at Dylan's house, he's some guy at our school. I was wondering if you guys wanted to join me and the boys?

Talia:
Yeah! I'd love to come. Where is it?

Me:
Not far from my place. The boys are coming over so that we could walk together. And we're going to get wasted so what's that point in driving? Why don't you guys come over?

Talia: 
Sure that sounds good just text me the details.

Me: 
Hey Brit are you there?

Brittany:
Yeah I'm here, sorry I was in the shower. Okay I will meet you at your place just text me the details as well.

Talia:
AWESOME! Well see all of you then.

Brittany: 
Cya then, BYE XX

Talia: 
BYE ILY X

Me:
Cool I will text you guys. BYE MY BOOS X :*

I texted them the details and went down stairs to the dinner table to eat. It was chicken snizzel with peas, mash and honey carrots, YUM!

We've been eating in silence for a while now and I thought it might be a good time to bring up me going to Dylan's party.

"So Mum and Dad..." "What do you want Destiny?" My father asked as he looked over at me as if to say what-is-it-this-time? "Well... Tonight 2 girls are coming over, they are new to the school and their really nice. The boys are also coming over. We're only going to be here for a bit because we are going to a party down the road together. I just thought that I should pre warm you guys." I said attempting to sound as innocent as possible. "I don't know..." My father started looking like he's going against it, "Mark, honey... I think it will be fine that she goes." My mother said calmly to my father. "Alright Jane, I'm sure it shouldn't be too bad." My father agreed. "Even though it is Monday... But as long as you're safe and stick close to the boys, it shouldn't be a problem." My mother said with a smile. "Thanks you guys, well I'm going upstairs to get ready, if the doorbell rings just send them to my room okay? Cool bye."

I put my dishes in the dishwasher and ran upstairs to get ready for tonight!

I hope it's a blast, because the last time I went to Dylan's party it was one of the best so I hope it's as good as last time.
