Chapter 15

I walked down the hallway looking at each room as I pass, 'this place is really big..' I found a set of stairs, 'I wonder where this goes..' I started walking down the stairs, making my way to the bottom. I peeked around the corner and I saw nothing. I turned and started walking down another hallway. I heard some voices, 'huh..?' I walked up to a door and cracked it open enough to where I could see in. I saw a big table, it looked like some sort of dinning room. There were 4 skeletons sitting at the table, "Hey do any of you guys know where Nightmare is?" I looked at a skeleton that looked almost exactly like Sans. Only he had a huge crack in the top of his head. 'Holy crap what happened to him?' "Not sure but he said he would be back later." I looked at the other skeleton, He was wearing his hood and a scarf that looks like papyrus. He has some crazy looking eyes, "I bet he won't come back tonight." Another skeleton put his feet on the table. He had all white and black clothes with Xs all over them, along with a long scarf. His eyes were different colors, one was red and one was white. 'He looks cool...' "You know he won't leave us without having dinner first Cross.." The last one spoke up, he had a blue jacket just like Sans but a black undershirt with a red double circle design on it. His shorts were white with black strips down the sides, he also had a black substance oozing from his eye sockets. 'Weird...' "Yeah I guess your right..." This Cross guy leaned his head back as he said that, The skeleton with the crack on his head gave the rest of the group a smile, "Hey guys..." They all looked at him, "Why didn't the skeleton cross the road?" Wait is he making a joke? "Oh god no." I smiled, "Horror don't do it..." It seems these guys aren't very into jokes, "Why?" Everyone looked at Cross, "Cross..!" the other two groaned at Cross, "Because he didn't have to guts!" "PFFF-" I bursted out laughing, I heard everything go quiet. "That was the BEST joke EVER!" I was laughing still, practically crying. I heard someone clear their throat, I stopped. I slowly looked up and saw 4 skeletons standing in front of me. "Uh....hi?" I started sweating as I backed up, "Who the hell are you?" I looked at the one wearing a hoodie with the crazy eye. "Oh I am uh...." I stopped, "I'm (Y/N)..." I backed up more, "What the HELL are you doing here?" I looked at Horror, "Well I'm not sure but I do know that Nightmare brought me here.." They all looked surprised, "Oh your the new human...huh.." The one in the hoodie walked up to me, "I wonder what Nightmare brought her here for..." Horror gave me a menacing look, "I...I'm not sure..." I backed up more, "Ya know...I should really be getting back to my room.." I turned around, someone grabbed the back of my shirt. "Where do you think your going?" He pulled me back and held a knife at my neck. "How mad do you think Nightmare would be?" The skeleton laughed, "Oh he would be pissed Dust." I felt a lot of sweat rolling down my face, "Ehh she's just some human! It's not like it would kill him." He held the knife closer, "P...Please....L..le...let me g..go." I was very nervous, "Oh shut up you talking just makes me what to kill you more." I went silent, 'Is he gonna kill me?' Horror walked over to Dust and me, "You should wait for Nightmare..." I nodded me head slowly, "Aw but I never get to kill Nightmares humans he brings..! You guys always get to them first." I felt so uneasy, 'Their gonna kill me...' I don't wanna die, "Fine you baby you can kill this one when its time!" Dust rolled his eyes, "Ugh fine.." Dust let go of me, I ran from the skeletons. "See you scared her.." I heard from a distance, I went around the corner and hid on the stairway. "Isn't that what were supposed to do?" I heard him laugh, I ran up the stairs and ran back to my room. I ran threw the door and locked the door. I was breathing heavily, 'Why are they so scary? Are they gonna kill me? Is that why Nightmare brought me here?' I put my hands on my head, 'I'm gonna die...' I felt tears roll down my face, 'I don't wanna die..' I took my hands off my head and looked around. I walked over to the bed and laid on it. I clenched my legs to my chest as I laid in a ball, I was still crying. 'Is this how I'm gonna die..' I can't believe these jerks are gonna kill me. "I'm back." I jumped up and looked at Nightmare, "Are you crying?" Nightmare was looking at me weird, I wiped my eyes. "No I'm fine..." I got up, "Well whatever I have to feed you so your gonna come to the dinning room with me." I felt sweat roll down my face, "R-Right okay..." I walked over to Nightmare, 'Maybe if I listen to them they won't kill me...' Nightmare just looked at me, "Okay.." We walked down to the dinning room, when Nightmare opened the door all the other skeletons looked at us. "It's about time you got back Nightmare.." Horror rose an eyebrow, "Oh shut up Horror I was busy.." Nightmare lead me to the end of the table, he sat down at the end chair. I looked at the seat next to him, I sat down. I looked at the rest of the room, Dust was just staring at me. I looked at the table, Nightmare snapped his fingers and food appeared on the table in front of everyone. It was a chicken dinner with mash potatoes as a side, I was just looking at it. Everyone was eating, all I could think of was what happened earlier. Nightmare stopped and looked at me, "I wouldn't have brought you down if your not gonna eat." I looked at Nightmare, "Oh uh....sorry.." I took a bite of the chicken, It's good but I can't get myself to smile. "What happened?" I looked at him, "W-What do you mean..?" I started sweating, "Your acting weird." I looked at Nightmare then at Dust, he looked at me. My eyes widened and I looked at the table again, Nightmare noticed. "Oh my god you left the room didn't you?" I started sweating more, "I'm so sorry Nightmare!! I just wanted to look around the Castle so bad and-" "What did you do Dust?" Nightmare cut me off, Dust jumped. "What..? I didn't do anything.." Nightmare didn't seem like he believed him, "Bullshit." I started eating my food, "Dust tried to kill the human..." Dust glared at Horror, "DAMMIT HORROR YOU DICK!!" Dust jumped over the table and grabbed Horror, "I swear I am going to KILL YO-" "NOT DURING DINNER!" Nightmare seemed ticked off, Dust looked at Nightmare. "Me and Horror are done." Dust picked up Horror, "What? But I didn't even finish my food-" Dust dragged Horror away, "Are they gonna be okay?" I looked at Nightmare, "They will be fine, they fight all the time." I frowned, "That's not very good..." I hope they don't kill each other, "God where did you find this goody two shoes Nightmare?" I looked at the skeleton that had black oozing from his sockets, "Shes my brother and Inks friend." I looked at Nightmare, "Oh that make sense...so what you gonna do with her?" I started sweating, "Not sure yet." My eyes widened, 'Not sure yet? What's that supposed to mean?!' I kept eating, "I think you should let Dust kill her, he made a big deal about it earlier..." I looked up at him, "Nah I don't think I'm gonna kill her.." I exhaled, "At least not yet..." Nightmare looked over at me, I was sweating. "Your...gonna kill me?" I frowned, "I'm thinking about it..." I looked down at my plate and felt anxious. I was being silent, Nightmare was looking at me. "Jeez don't take it personal Kid. I just hate my STUPID brother and Ink, oh and Error. That stupid fucking asshol-" "HEY! I stood up, Nightmare looked at me. "Error is NOT an Asshole! He is the sweetest and most kind guy I have ever met!" I shouted without thinking, I stopped. "You like Error?" Nightmare glared at me, I sat back down in my seat. "Well...." I thought, "he is so amazing..." I felt my cheeks warm up, Nightmares expression changed. "Do you..." I looked at Nightmare who was reading my expression, "Like Error?" I smiled nervously, "What? Of course I do he's my friend..." I looked at the table, Nightmare didn't seem to believe me, "Gross.." He looked away from me, I felt my face heat up more. 'Ugh...' I slammed my head on the table, I groaned. I felt someone looking at me, I looked up and saw Nightmare staring at me. I looked at him and he looked away, 'What the hell...?' I was just looking at Nightmare, he glanced at me. "What are you looking at?" I jumped and looked at my food, "N-Nothing..." I felt sweat roll down my head, "Ugh..." Nightmare grabbed my wrist, "Time to go back upstairs to your room.." Nightmare dragged me outside of the dinning room and up the stairs. He dragged me into my room, then closed the door. "It's almost time to go to bed." I walked over to the bed, "Okay.." I sat on the bed, "Yeah.." Nightmare was just looking at me, I laid down. I sighed, "Ugh.." I laid on my side and pulled my knees to my chest, "What are you doing?" I sat up and looked at Nightmare, "Why do you even care?" Nightmare rolled his eyes, "I don't, I was just curious on why you uh...hug yourself?" He chucked, "Hey! I just like to feel like someone is there next to me..." I miss Error, I just want to give him a big hug. "Like someones there? What do you not like being alone or something?" I frowned, "I mean....lately I haven't liked being alone..." I thought about Error, then sighed. I crawled into the covers, "huh..." I curled up to a ball, Nightmare was just looking at me. "Well if you need me or whatever I'm gonna be in the room next to you..." I watched Nightmare walk out of my room, I laid down on my side. "I wonder what Error is doing...." I said to myself, "I miss him..." I closed my eyes as I drifted into sleep.

-Nightmares POV-

I dragged (Y/N) to her room, "it's almost time to go to bed." She walked over to the bed, "Okay..." She sat on the bed, "Yeah.." She laid down, then sighed. "Ugh.." She laid on her side and pulled her knees to her chest, "What are you doing?" She sat up and looked at me, "Why do you even care anyways?" I rolled my eyes, "I don't, I was just curious on why you uh...hug yourself?" I chuckled, "Hey! I just like to feel like someone is next to me..." I feel kinda weird, what is this? "Like someones there? What do you not like being alone or something?" She frowned, "I mean....lately I haven't liked being alone..." I can't do anything about that, she sighed again. She crawled into the covers, "huh..." She curled up in a ball, I wonder why she doesn't like to be alone. "Well if you need me or whatever I'm gonna be in the room next to yours..." I walked out of her room and shut the door, 'God there is something weird about that human...' I walked to the room next to hers, which was my room. I opened the door and walked into it, I laid down on my bed. 'Ahh...' I laid my head back, 'Finally I can relax..' I closed my eyes and put my hands behind my head.

(Hours Later)

Knock Knock, I opened my eyes and looked at the door. I sat up and rubbed my eyes. 'Who could that be at this time..?' I stood up and walked to the door. I opened it, "Yes?" I looked down and saw (Y/N), 'Oh boy...' She looked at me, she seems tired. "Nightmare...."I rolled my eyes, "Yes?" I was some what tired as well, "I can't sleep...." I gave her a blank look, "Okay..?" She seemed nervous, "Can I sleep next to you tonight?" My eyes widened, "You wanna....sleep with me?" I was sorta confused on why, "Well Error used to and I don't feel very safe all alone..." I realised she mentioned Error, 'Wait...' I thought for a moment. "Uh..." I closed my eyes, "Fine..." I walked inside my room, "Really?" She followed me in my room, "Yeah just don't get to close..." I laid on the bed again, "Now just go to bed or something..." I closed my eyes, (Y/N) climbed in bed next to me. She snuggled up next to me, I opened my eyes "What did I say?" She scooted away from me more, "Goodnight Nightmare..." I rolled my eyes, "Yeah sure just go to bed.." I closed my eyes, I felt everything start to fade as I drifted into sleep.

(So I was going to make Nightmare end up growing a crush on (Y/N). Only because I think it would make the story more spicy. I wanna make a conflict with another Sans before Error actually gets with (Y/N). I think it will make more story and character for it. I hope you guys enjoy the rest of the story plus this chapter!
