Tori maneuvers into the air as she held her blades in place to slice and dice the meats flying all around. The redhead flies close to the Captain subconsciously and races with him to slash the chunk of meat. Her green orbs caught a glimpse of a part of the titan heading its way to the civilians rushing below. She grabs Levi's arms and flung him in its direction, powerful enough for him to reach it.

"Watch out for the big one!" The duo rushed to the huge part, not noticing that they were side by side together. Levi cleanly cut it into three parts, leaving Tori to slice it into a thousand pieces. With one final swing of a blade, they succeeded in eradicating the massive part and teamed up again.

The crowd's mouth hung open in shock, eyes widening at the scene they just witnessed. The two arched an eyebrow at the commotion underneath when it hit them: they paired up again. The woman cam feels the glare of the ravenette drilling holes into her skull as she frowned and stomped away.

"Oi. Why did you swing me around, Lieutenant?" Her eye twitched at his sentence but calmly faced the short man. "I was too far away from it. I figured that if I give you a teensy weeny push, you'll reach it. Turns out I was right. Thanks to your short height-" Levi gives her a light kick in the ass and walks away.

After the Orvud District incident, Tori was immediately bombarded with documents and reports by Commander Erwin itself. She's currently walking in the hallways with a gloomy expression.

I was feeling excited for some reason. I don't know why, but maybe it's because I'm finally joining the Scouts. Erwin folded his arms and waited for my response.

"Fine, I'll join." Now I know what it was, it's because it's my mission. I remember now, Headmaster purposely let me join the Survey Corps to destroy them when the time comes. I'll do it so he can finally stop his torturous beatings and his words that crush self-esteem. I'll succeed in this mission to prove to Headmaster I'm not someone to play with.

She breathed in and out, trying to stabilize her quick breaths to calm herself down. That stupid memory that out of the blue popped out and decided to haunt her lurked in her mind. Thinking about it just makes her restless and distressed, yet the same smirk still appears on her face.

There's another lingering realization in her brain, and it's the fact that she has a shitty crush on the one and only Levi Ackerman. Lately, the red head's been feeling all tingly and mellow when she's with the short raven head. She wishes that it's not what she thinks it is for the sake of their friendship.

Levi Ackerman, a stoic and intimidating man. Yet, he had shown his vulnerable persona to me. Why did he do it? He should be strict with me like he is at every one. When I first met him, I thought that he'll be a nuisance and order me around. But no, he didn't do that, at least when I get to know him more. Levi doesn't seem to be the type of man to comfort someone when he doesn't know that well. But when I was down, he was there for me. Why?
