Chapter 4: A night with two sex-addicts

A/n: I know the title was kinda weird and so...un-title-ish? But,I didn't know what else to name it anyways.

"We have seven places to look at today hermione.Better hurry up!" Ginny calls from the living as hermione finishes brushing her hair.

"I'm here,let's go." She comes out of her room quickly to see ginny by the doorway.

"Okay,I've got a list of the most expensive real estate agents in all of wizarding london!" She squeaks excitedly.

"Okay.Let's do this,I know how picky I can be though...I don't want to trouble you ginny." 

She looked at the brunette as if she were dumb.
"Are you mad hermione? My effin' brother hurt you like this and I can't even help you now?" She puts a hand on her heart in fake shock.

This brought a smile on Hermione's face.
"Alright alright...I know you won't back away now.Let's go shall we?"

They land outside a tall building as they apparate to their first location.

"Ooh.This is a good looking place hermione." Ginny comments,looking around.

"I know...let's hope we find the perfect place here." Hermione walks further to the spot where the agent had told them to meet.

"Hi! I'm Elliot! Pleased to meet you here minister!" A plump but elegant looking woman greets them from around the corner.

"Oh please,call me Hermione.Pleased to meet you too." She greets the women with a smile.

"And you must be-oh! Ginny weasley from the harpies?"
The woman must be a fan of the harpies.

"Yes,nice to meet you." Ginny shakes hands with Elliott.

"Alright ladies,first up we have a penthouse,I've been told that you like space?" She turns to Hermione.

"Yes,I'd also like heights too." She replies.

"Alright,so let's head up shall we?"

They get inside the gates to see a rather marvellous exterior to the building.
The plants and trees were amazing and the building itself was quite luxuriant.

"Alright,this is one of my most preferred areas,the thing is that most people can't afford it.But with you...you will be able to afford it li,e anything." She takes a gold chained key out of her pocket and put it into the keyhole to reveal the house.

The two girls were breath taken.
Hermione knew she could've been used ot it but only because of Ron she hadn't been able to live up to her standards...she felt free.
Wasn't she supposed to be sad? Then what was this feeling of excitement lingering deep in her heart?

The interior was well made.
The whole house was closed into glass walls from outside part and the walls covered the part that was into the building.

Elliot smiled,pleased with their reaction.
"This isn't our most luxuriant yet,we have more houses to look forward after this.I have one right a street away from this...it's our most delightful one..."
She looked happy to have found someone who could actually afford the most expensive houses in wizarding london.

They looked around the house.
The walls were a beautiful shade of gold and the rest was glass,the kitchen was all marble and the living was spacious enough.
It was a six-bedroom house and she decided that if she decided on this house,she would turn the largest one into a library and the second largest would be her room.

"So,how do you like this? Would you like to consider this as a deal or do you want ot look further?" Elliot turns to hermione as they finish up the tour.
